Keep in mind that you have to turn the whole pod if you wish to open or close the airflow so then 2 questions come to mind:

-If it's an adapter how exactly does it lock in place? if it's the same as the drop in coil pod it will just turn and turn when you put on an rta or rda.
-If it's just an adapter glued to the mod they better use some hardcore glue,if not after a couple of times of putting an atty on it will start spinning around.

Personally i think they will probably just come out with a 510 version,no adapter...don't see how the adapter would lock in place.

    If it's just an adapter then it would be no different than the Sensis 510 adapter. It is just held in with magnets. The 510 adapter for the Drag X is the same way. I would hope that if it's a fixed 510 then they would do more than just glue it. I saw the picture on FT but when I looked on the vaporesso site then I didn't see it. Maybe I didn't look hard enough.

    A video I found;

    Looks like new orders come with 510 adapter in the box, according to this video’s description.

    Since I already bought the mod, I’m waiting for the 510 adapter to be sold separately.

    I’ve had my high hopes restored to this mod again. I was already stopped using it for the last week or two and got back to my 3 years old Revenger kit.

    Though, I’d prefer the same pod tank with top fill design, 510 adapter should do the job anyway.

    I hope they’ll build it too!

    I find it very interesting in the video that they show dropping in the adapter and then screwing on the tank instead of having to screw the tank onto the adapter and then installing it on the mod. I wonder if there is something that holds the adapter from spinning?

    Yeah, it seems like a very tight fit and/or really strong magnets.

    I was thinking it would be nice if there was something that locked into the airflow slot to hold it in place. Of course there would have to be a way to release it.

    Does look good,shame i don't have mine anymore.
    Spanish website sent me 2 for the review,gave one away and the other well you know a lot of problems.

    Don't know if it was just the coils (think i went thru 4 of them in 5 days) or the mod itself was faulty or the pod itself,ohm just jumped like crazy.
    And not by a little margin like 0.30 to 0.32,nope mine jumped from 0.30 to 0.50 so yeah the Spanish website sent a courier to pick it up and offered to send another one,wasn't going to use it so i respectefully declined.

    For those who like this mod i guess it's good news,for me not that much? once i get negative towards a product i rarely change my mind about it.

    Did like the way the screen was hidden thou,aesthetic wise i did like the PX80.

    Does anyone know if the new GTX GO tanks will work with PX80?

    Here; Vaporesso » GTX Go 80/40

    Their tanks seem to be better since they’re top fill. I never liked bottom fill tanks.

    I just had someone ask that on my review. I tried the gtx26 on my px80 and it will fire and vape but the airflow holes don’t line up perfectly so the slots are partially covered.

    Maybe ask at vaporesso thread to see if any vaporesso peep can find out.

    Thanks, I just tried and it works fine.

    However, for some reason 0.6 ohm GTX coils don’t fit into the GTX GO Pod 26. The o-ring on tip of the GTX 0.6/0.8 ohm coils prevent it from fitting into the hole on top of the GTX GO Pod.

    Have you tried this yourself?

    I don’t think I tried those in the 26. It’s supposed to fit all gtx coils.

    I took some pictures to illustrate;

    Here’s with the GTX 0.6 ohm coil attached;

    And here’s without the coil;

    Notice it doesn’t fit into PX80 completely as opposed to empty pod. You can see the red tape around the GTX Go Pod when attached with the 0.6 GTX coil.

    I wouldn’t mind the air holes blocking more with the coil in but it’s not just visual. Since the coil doesn’t fit properly, it easily falls off from the pod and it looks like it’ll leak if I use it like this.

    That might be the one I tried. I remember the air holes being partially blocked but I didn't try it without a coil in it. So if you put in a .2 coil is it the same?

    I found a 0.2 lying around and tried that just now. Guess what? It works perfectly!

    So I think it’s safe to say that GTX Go pods don’t really work with all the GTX coils?

    Though I don’t use 0.2 ohms. I only use 0.8 or 0.6 so I’m not sure what I’m gonna do now. How am I supposed to use this?

    BTW I had 2 GTX Go 26 pods and they both have the same issue.
