Thank You @XTAR-Bear for the contest!
I received my xtar PB2 and repayment to my PayPal account!
The PB2 will come in handy to have when I am out and about to be able to charge 2 18650 batteries and my cell phone too!

Just received my charger and I must say this is very nice. I have used it several times wiyhout any issues. The form factor along with the versatility of this power house is very impressive! The coating on this is also top shelf it feels like that resin texture the Pico resin uses . Thank you so much for the contest!

What will be the best batteries to use in these for making it a back-up on the go charger?

Since you would not be pulling any real Amps in Power Bank Mode, you could go with a 3500mah 10A like the LG MJ1 18650 to Max out the mAh.

But a 10A Battery might not be well suited to be used in an 18650 Mod. So I would just go with a 3000mAh 20A Battery like the LG HG2 18650 because then you could then use it with Most 18650 Mods if you want.

It won't discharge at more than 2.1A, so I suppose the highest-capacity ones you have would be best? The literature claims they don't even need to be matched or married, you can use any two (unprotected, 18650, flat-top, Li-ion) cells that you want. I put a pair of old (2 years, light-moderate usage) VTC4's in mine (they're not married, but have been used in rotation so have seen about the same amount of use, each.)

Sent the PM. Thanks for the 2nd chance.

However, ECF didn't give me any notice that I was tagged in this thread...I just happened to pull it up to see what people were saying about the product. @XTAR-Bear , you may want to PM the others in case they didn't get the notice.
