Hey Connman, is there room in there for a bottle?? Hummm...might really need to get some if so!

Sorry storminyte I just tried a 3 ml bottle and not a chance. I then tried some little spray bottle that seems slightly thinner and still no way I could think of :(

I shall keep trying things that come up with this idea and if I think up anything I`ll for sure let you know. :)

So, I got a couple of these, and so here is my first mod. I can't solder, so I did it without doing anything more than trimming some plastic to make the connector fit. :)

As you can see, a 510 cartomizer fits perfectly, even with its rubbers on. :) This mod is PERFECT for stealth vaping, it IS a lighter (was), hides a carto, and fits and is concealed in your hand.

See there is always room for improvement. I really like the way you did yours. For some reason I never thought of running the positive wire down that side. Great job. :thumb:

I bought about 10 of these a few months ago from a guy on amazon.com.. he sells them in difrent colors too.. When I worked with this lighter, I found the spring kept heating up and melting the plastic post @6v ... I ended up cutting the post off and using a screw instead.. at 3.7v it seems fine.

Thanks SCOTTYBALLS
Different colors would be real nice so they don`t need painted. And of course another improvement idea with replacing that post with a screw for the higher volts. I needed to know that one myself. :)

Where can I buy the protected tr10440's with a charger? I can't seem to find the charger anywhere.

Also looking for RN4081 battery connectors if any one has a source, I might just need to tear apart a spare battery to get the connector.

I've got two of the lighters on the way. This will be my first mod, must admit it looks very good, and I love the idea of being able to hide the atty in the lighter!

Madvapes may be a one stop shop for parts and batteries.
Welcome to MadVapes LLC they area right here in our suppliers are as well and very fantastic business with very fast shipping for sure recommend them.

I have one of these and it charges mine fine
Single battery $4.99
AD-103 Multi-volt charger

And we also have one of these and it does fine as well but I prefer this one as I usually charge two batteries at a time.

Thanks Connman, I guess google wasn't my friend because it didn't bring up madvapes in my search for connectors, it did show me DX for the batts but not the chargers. Plus some of the chargers weren't the same ratings as the batts weird. Anyway I used DX for the chargers and batts and madvapes for the connectors.

What an expensive little mod, I think I spent over a hundred for parts lol, mind you I had to order extras of everything to justify the shipping hehe. Two lighters, 4 batts, charger and 4 connectors (incase I want to attempt something else.

Thanks for the great idea, I'll keep you posted on how it goes, now to play the waiting game for shipping.

Dude, that's sweet! Where did you get your 510 connector from and what type is it? Now that I know this can be done without soldering, I'm gonna have to try this out.

Ok, sorry about the crappy pics, but you get the idea. I'm also thinking that there are small cheap lightbulbs with this same jacket.

So check this out..

And then obviously trim the nail to fit.

I tried this with 2 (1.5v) AAA batteries on a 510 carto, it worked, but no well. I'm waiting on my replacement LV attys, we'll see how it works with normal batteries. After that, (and I guess I could try it now) is 2 10440 batteries for 7.4v, but I don't know how comfortable I am with this as a HV device.
