She could try what I did. I decided to not buy a pack of cigs and just vape "to see" if I could do it. Hit the vape all day. At the end of the day, I realized I didn't smoke all day. The test for me was the next morning; I always had one with my morning coffee. No biggie, if I really needed one I'd buy a pack on my way to work. Realized I was okay as I drove in to work. Day two, no ciggies. Just kept going from there.

I truly believe what helped me get off the cigs was NOT having them around to tempt me. Others can have opened/brand new packs lying around. I know myself, the temptation would be too strong.

Now I can vape with a bunch of friends smoking and the desire to "bum" a cig doesn't even enter my mind.

Or...she could try buying cool flavors like pina colada and strawberry chocolate if she can find them somewhere.

Yes, if I had started out with the idea that I was giving up my best friends for good, I would have been too scared to try. I was only going to cut back. That idea didn't scare me. I have actually cut back a lot more than I thought I would and that was on cig-a-likes. Yesterday, I got my first kgo battery. I think someone mentioned wearing the e-cig on a lanyard, I just happened to find one at a craft fair this morning and it hasn't left my neck since. Now, my new best friend is always with me. It gave me a great feeling of security and I feel it's really helping. And lots of different flavors to get excited about seems to really help also.
