I ordered a 454 Big Block rda today off of Ebay and should have it the middle of next week. Looking forward to using it on a new SX350 chip box mod I am building at the present time. It will be interesting to see if this atomizer can handle the SX350 80 watt upgrade that will be available in the near future.

Nice find OP, finally pull the trigger on this after all the positive words. Price, availability, design, features... sure is nice to see all the new innovative (and improved) products coming out. Long way from the days of staying up till 2am pressing f5 till the fingers blead in hopes of paying big azz euros...

I plan on buying this over the new tobh, hope I'm making the right choice. Anyway, can you do tri coils with this? I'm sure you can. I'm just hoping its not too small a chamber for certain builds. My first choice was a plume veil but rip just reviewed it and it was ready almost impossible to find so I'm just gonna have to wait a while now.

sorry

1, 2 or 4 for the coils

I have a tobh v1 and 454 out performs it on flavor and vapor.

I dont have a tobh v2 though so the bigger afc holes may help the tobh v2 produce more clouds but I'm not sure.

The machining tolerances on the 454 are wonderful too. the top cap can be pulled so easily (like butter) yet it holds tight enough to support the mod if you just grab it by the drip tip.

It's here! Ordered July 4th from 101vape.com and it got to me today. Not bad considering there was a holiday in there as well.

I am awaiting my 50w IPV2 and only have a provari. What to do what to do.

Got out some 30g kanthal and wrapped two coils came out to 1.2ohms. So far flavour is excellent, vapor production is excellent. Not even sub-ohm yet but it's better than either my KFL+ or eXpromizer. This is my first dripper and I think I made an excellent choice! Can't wait for the 50w box to get here!

great choice!!

You'll want to use their stock drip tip if you build quads down to .6 or below because that sucker will be pumping and spitting clouds.

just my experience

That IPV2 should be rockin! Did you order the silver or the black? I'd get some sony VTC5's for that sucker

Hahaha ya I wanted to continue the 454 Big Block theme with the slash tip muffler drip tip. :)

The stock drip is great too. I really don't notice any bottle neck with the stock drip tip, it's really nice.

I ordered the black ipv2, as well as 4 vtc5.

This 454 atty is amazing. The quality and workmanship on this is second to none. For the money, it's down right a steal.

I hope I can get a 454 for my ipv2, without being murdered in my sleep if she finds out..:)

Go with the wife to the mall and while she's looking at something she likes, suggest that she buys it. If she does, then she can't get mad when you pull the trigger on the 454. Works for me. Lolol

Totally agree! The quality of this atty is equal to or better than most high end drippers I've experienced.
Steal for sure!!!!!!

Just a tip on the 454; I'm now a month into using it daily. It rocks! The copper 510 contact on the atty tarnishes, so I have been cleaning it with metal polish, washing it off, and then drying. Keeping your 510 copper contact clean improves the hit a lot. On my Hana DNA 30 I can lower the wattage by 2 watts and get what seems to me to be the same hit I had with a tarnished contact. Not a scientific calculation, but seems that way to me.
