Esmoke.net has just admitted sabotage DC - s/he calls it 'testing'.

This person created multiple accounts before and got banned for it. They criticised Johnson Creek, other disposable atomiser brands and went on the Bloog forum to have a go at them too.

Sorry for breaking my vows of silence here but this person is obviously a destructive troll, not concerned about the good of the community at all.
Glad to see you back here Kate!

I told you, I did the QA. If you checked the IP address you would see. I wrote a "kiddie-script" to fill out and submit. I could've submitted a million surveys.
You had no field length masks so my next step was to hit you with a buffer overflow. That could've brought down the site.

Did I mention that I performed thousands of these tests for almost every major bank, insurance companies, auto companies (GM), even Philip Morris and several Pharmaceutical companies specializing in CFR 21 and FDA compliance for test results and documentation compliance including records retention and privacy assurance.

You want me to prove it? I'll prove it.

Meanwhile, folks take the little crummy poll that the admin made a sticky, at least you can't be a wise guy there more than once. You got one shot, make it count.

Let's put our energy where it counts and do what works to reach our goal.

WOW, what an ... you are.
I would never ever buy one e-cig. from you.
BTW your prices are outrages.

Do you think you're doing yourself any favors here?

;)

I like that. "Purists". I find that flavors are nice once in awhile, but I like to stick to straight up ecig tobacco flavor.

Thank you. Maybe those few of us "in the know" should form a group.

The Purists?
The Puritans?
Ah, The Skull and Bone Society. It would promote our superiority, intelligence and world domination. Shoot, some losers already took that title!

Kidding, just kidding.

Edited 'cause I just thought of my screen name. I in no way meant skull and bones in relation to my screen name, or me. Sorry!

There is a difference between being critical and being maliciously and destructively critical from what started out as a simple case of sour grapes. That said, I don't think sabotaging an online survey is a punishable offence and I'm certainly not calling for blood.

This survey was personally posted to as many as 8 other electronic cigarette forums, among many nationalities and more that I am not aware of. It's purpose was to collect rough data on electronic cigarette usage. It was open and anonymous to attract participation. It was not confined to any one forum. It could have fulfilled it's purpose had it not been maliciously perverted by someone who was trying to force a point even though this point had already been noted and acknowledged.

It was a simple exercise, but now I wish I hadn't bothered.

All said and done, the only person the survey needed to be protected from was the person calling that it needed more protection.

Way to go guys! Just when I thought most of the active e-cigarette-forum participants were mature, intelligent, responsible adults! This sounds like a bunch of high school boys competing to see who has a bigger, better dongle and more notches on his belt!
I was going to include a link to this forum in all my letters to congressional representatives to request their political support of "personal vaporizers", but frankly, I'm embarrassed to have them see such immature banter.
There are so many things we as a community must do in order to ensure that our new-found freedom is not taken away. There’s no time to waste. How many letters could have been written in the time it took to fill out all those bogus questionnaires? At the very least we should all put on our "grown-up" hats when communicating in a place that all the world can see!

Listen, I did not become enraged. Your product had a fatal flaw. I tested it like any other QA test. Without "one-vote-per" it can't work. Period. That's a fundamental test criterion.

If you can't take the heat, stay out of the kitchen.

I tested your product per standard QA methodology. In fact I wrote the Process Control QA Methodology for the Ernst & Young Fusion Methodology (look it up).

Furthermore I was the Chief E-Technology Architect for the City of New York as well as the Manager of Citywide Information Security for the oldest law enforcement agency in the US (NYC DOI) (look them up). I oversaw the QA process for 110 agencies including the Department of Health and Health & Hospitals Corporation.

I also wrote policies for major pharmaceutical companies and did risk assessment and compliance audits for them, such as Commonhealth, Orchid and many others (look it up).

And FYI I graduated from The Cooper Union. Rated the #1 engineering college in the world. Full scholarship, grants, stipends and post-graduate fellowship from NIST. Look it up.

So if you can't stand the heat, stay out of the kitchen.

You want to have a p*sing contest, stand on your head. You want to compete with a product that does the job right... you haven't got there yet.

End of story. Put your money where your mouth is. Now I'm starting to get miffed. You are the angry, defensive and self-proclaimed mind reader who thinks he knows every one else's game. You just don't get it, man, do you?

Nevermind, don't answer that, it's obvious that your mind's on vacation but your keyboard's working overtime.

Wow you made a lot of cool stuff!

What about growing up now?

How ... what a pitiful creature ... I cannot see what form of perverted pleasure you are gaining from ruining the passionate work of another fellow forum member that is simply tryng his best to help the community.

Yeh, i know we are not supposed to feed the trolls, but when i reached this post i just had to click quote and word out my disgust for your attitude.

I seriously hope a ban is coming. Why? No need for reasons, we don't need reasons to keep this place clean.

DC2K08, count me in if you'll ever need a broader userbase for your future polls.

Wow, I can't believe how this thread has turned out. I didn't see the survey before it was closed but looking at the results it's obvious a lot of thought and work went into compiling it.

It's awful that somebody would deliberately sabotage something that could have been very informative and useful to all of us here.

Were you asked to do the QA? Was the survey closed off from public entry by mutual agreement for you to perform these tests?

Puff puff puff, there are a lot of professionals here. Your credentials don't matter until you start acting like one.

Whew. I found my meds. Hope I'll be okay now. I plead guilty and insanity.

It's a great survey, took a lot of thought and time and effort. I'm sure I said that more than once. I promise to leave it alone.

There are vb plugins that work with the forum's version that you should be able to craft this in like vbSurvey. It's open source and can be installed by an admin. http://www.vbulletin.org/forum/showthread.php?t=83038

I think it would be an asset to the forum (as opposed to an ... on the forum, such as yours truly) to install it and have the admins let you do your great survey.

Create online surveys with eSurveysPro.com, a powerful online survey tool

I think this might work. You've prolly checked it out already. If the free version doesn't cut it, as penance I would be willing to partially or fully sponsor a basic or premium account for you. I would be totally hands off your survey, of course. Fully leashed and muzzled.

I just don't know a better way to spend all the greedy profits I make from my inflated prices aside from my fleet of Audis. After all, it's the least i can do for the sorry addicts I'm ripping off and exploiting.
