I'm pretty sure it's those older groups that are going to go away. Atleast that was my impression when we got the HHV social group forum going. Can you try and clarify that information from Valsacar again? Maybe I'll reach out to him too.. there's definite confusion somewhere.

As for a home: It would be nice if the issue were settled. It's the not knowing and the limbo thing that is frustrating.
I've shared my thoughts on it. I think residing within the Suppliers forum is the best place for the Provari Nation. IF things get out of hand, and Kenny decides to change his mind, we can re-visit the separate Social Group Forum.
Those are my thoughts though.. you all need to decide for yourselves if this is good for all of you.

I've been giving this some thought since reading the initial post from Ms Ocelot. At first, I was disappointed just like many of you. However, with MKenny's invite, we'll now be closer to the folks that make our favorite devices, and be able to interact with them in a more direct fashion. What better way to become a closer knit group? It gives us all an opportunity to link back to the starting point for new users too!
If I were ProVape, I'd be ecstatic about this! They not only have their most ardent followers/customers in one place close to them, their online support network just increased by MANY orders or magnitude!
All in all, this is a win-win for everybody!
With all this said, I remain a proud member of the Provarinati, and I'm thankful to MonsterKenny for giving a place to plant our flag!

Wow, I get busy and miss some big time happenings! This thread has been a bit of an emotional rollercoaster, lemme tell ya! Started out pretty bummed, but it seems like things will work out. Really cool of you to take us in, Kenny, it's very appreciated by quite a lot of people. It's nice to see that the folks that make the mod we love so much appreciate us, and I think you'll see that on the whole it's a really great group of people you've taken in. Awesome to see you back Dusty, you were missed!!! It was tough working in the "Lions, and Tigers, and Bears! Oh my!" jokes with one third of the equation missing! And Occy, I know I've said it before, but we all love you and couldn't be more appreciative of all the time and effort and emotional investment you've put into keeping us all together. It may not have worked out quite the way we planned, but we can and will make the best of what we have!
Iz confused....do we get to start a thread like "ProVarinati Saloon or Nation or whatever" under ProVape? Honestly, no one searches the word ProVape like they do ProVari.

When I read this last night, I held off on any response I just had to absorb this info, I guess I kind of feel like we have been evicted from our home, and then this is like we are being told we have to live out on the street from now on. I guess I don't see why one more social group forum would be such a problem, when the only active one is the HHV army one. Don't get me wrong I have no dislike for this provape forum, I always checked in here on a regular basis, for supplier info, and to ask questions, but for a social type area the old one was better for that. Just myI hope Dusty can change some minds on this matter.

Well I still stand by what I said in this post but it seems like now everyone else is happy.

I'm sorta a go with the flow person. I'm happy wherever I be. 
My concern is for ppl not familiar with Provape and looking for/starting threads about Provari. I thought one of the reasons a pv specific forum for Provari was started is due to ppl trolling, being there for no other reason than to trash what they call "fanboys" (BTW I'm a GirL, doh). They don't own one or have anything constructive to say. The Provari thread provided some insulation from them. Most of the threads weren't social, just a few were. I ran into Provari trolls when I was asking questions which is probably why that's what I think of.
It's a good thing that cats have good eyesight.
Overall I think having the vendor participate is wonderful.
Am I correct in assuming the only specific forums allowed are going to be those without manufacturers/vendors on ECF - Siegeli, Vamo, etc?

It sounds fine to me. Fine and very fair.
Also, I think the more combative ProVari threads that involve other mods would (and SHOULD) be tossed into the APV forum. That seems - to me - to be a better fit for them. I head over there occasionally, too, just to see what's going on.
I figure that way THIS forum could be calmer and far more productive for enthusiasts and ProVape alike with ProVape getting to know more about its customer base and what they like, and would wish for, in their products.
I've never done a ProVape search. Always ProVari.

You make a really good point. I think "trollers" will be less likely to actually hit the vendor forum than just a ProVari "group" forum.

I'm just going to make the best of it. It would've been terrific to have our own place, but it is what it is. Besides, we'll probably take over here...
