That actually explains quite a bit. It's still confusing. Where do people go if they want to compare one mod vs another? Usually mentioning another vendor in the other vendors forum isn't a good idea. It'd be hard to give unbiased opinions and it was helpful to be able to go to a specific mods thread and read up - complaints vs. positive reactions. I felt they were honest outside of the vendors area. I'm not thinking just about Provari. But the whole concept.
The other thing is I do think ppl need to develop "homes" on ECF. Just human nature whether it's their pv or favorite
eliquid. Few in the groups section appear to be used or kept current, not even the location specific or health ones.
ECF is large and I can understand the need to keep it clean, effort it takes ... I guess we'll see.

I believe it has to do in part with the fact that HHV does not have their own Forum on here, while Provape does. It makes sense from a logistics perspective that their threads go in their forum, seeing how they would not be able to interact with you folk in the Social Group Forum.
Adam from HHV wishes he could interact with the HHV army folks but is unable to do so. He is limited to interacting with them in his two Supplier threads that he is allowed.
We have to take stuff like that into account as well before going off and making decisions that could negatively affect a supplier.
If and when HHV gets their own forum on here, their Social Group Forum would be absorbed into the main Supplier forum as well..pretty sure of it.
