My previous experience has been with the SmokTech DCT. Had the polycarbonate (clear) tube ones, both leaked and were discarded. I've had much better success with the newer polypropylene (frosted) SmokTech DCT's.
My first pyrex tank was the Triple V from Valley View Vapes. Not as highly finished as a Phiniac tube, but very inexpensive for a glass tank. Only downside was the very tight-fitting silicone grommet instead of end caps (required a needle insertion to fill the tank), but now he offers either delrin or aluminum endcaps (higher cost) and also has the first side screw in a glass tube. Still a good buy compared to the other glass tanks.
Next pyrex tank was from High Desert. More artsy glass blown designs like the Phiniacs. Also uses silicone grommets, not as tight as the Triple V tanks (but still snug) you are able to slide the carto in and out of the endcaps easily to refill or change cartos.
My current newest tank is a Bella tank, very similar to the blue tank that you posted or the JonBoyUSMC lavatanks. Sold with what I believe is a polycarbonate tube, but allegedly a clear Phiniac tube will fit the Bella end caps. These are sold by Hoosier Vapes $50. There was an incredible variety of tanks available, but since their grand opening last weekend many of this batch were sold. With the Bella endcaps and the Phiniac custom sand blasted pyrex tube combo, I will have a great customized personal "bling" tank I will be proud to own.
I don't believe you can go wrong with a Phiniac. They have been around a while now and I've heard nearly all stellar reviews.
A little pricey, but considering the materials, craftsmanship, and artistry, and customization available they probably rank at the top.
