I figured I was being pretty respectable, I sat away from people, I wasn't looking for controversy so I sat far away OUTSIDE. Sonic has a outside eating area and of course the drive thru. Somebody got upset and that's what happened. I wouldn't stop vapin, copers were called, I was pretty respectful to the cop and tried to explain that I was outside, that it wasn't a real ciggerete, even if it was I wasn't breaking the law BUT IT WASN'T.

All I got was verbally harranged on how it's illegal and how much trouble I'm in and this and that. Yes, I am on probation like a motha fukka. NEVER back down, even if it means going to a judge
FIRE ONE UP!!!

Personal note: Yes I was asked to leave but it's not a publically owned restaurant and I wasn't breaking the law. I was far within my limits as a customer SMOKING A NON CIGGERETTE OUTSIDE

I aint a protester. I don't care for those types.
I don't look for controversy, controversy looks for me sometimes and I don't back down when confronted when not being in the wrong.

I'm just going to bring some stat sheets and a full rundown along with the layout of the tobacco laws. Should be in and out. Aint the first time I've won some ......ed crap! And if not oh well, 500 dollar fine for SMOKING OUTSIDE I consider more of a tap on the back than a kick in the ..... Tangible proof to show how ......ed the system is.

Honestly though, if camcorders or recording devices were allowed in the court I would definitely do it just for this forum which has helped me so much. I know you guys would love it

I do have 10k+ in the bank and I could hire me a somewhat decent lawyer. However, there's been no harm to me that I could place necessary repercussions on.

I honestly don't believe you've ever had to explain yourself to a cop, no offense, you don't want to. Maybe you have legit cops where you liver. We've got the ......ed ones (literal sense). I can't say that he was within his rights. I could turn this into a civil case against sonic but what harm have I actually endured that I could get back?
