Actually, the glass tank that comes with it is pretty good... it washes very quickly, no clouding, etching or anything. I don't think you HAVE to put the filler screw back in. I do and don't get any less wicking but I also don't use a solid wick... mine has a small hole through the middle. By the way, I am using a 45mm x 55mm #400 mesh. I am folding 2mm of one edge in and creasing it very well. Then I am heating the mesh fully before rolling front and back. Then I roll the mesh loosely like the video in this thread by Pbusardo, rolling to the creased edge. I do not un-roll, I just keep rolling over and over until it is the right thickness to slip in the wick hole. Then I oxidize, quench, then eliquid burn 3 times each. Then I trim the tip at an angle and test for fit and height. I will put it this way... I do not have to prime my wicks. I fill with juice and within seconds I can see the wick blacken and the coils getting wet.
I watched the Pbusardo video and he left the fill screw off. The site I bought the AGA-T2 from was sold out of pyrex tanks for the AGA-T2 and I was wondering what the dimensions of the tank are so if I wanted to upgrade I could.

Here is a pic but basically you just want to make a full loop around the center post then wrap it around the leg going back to the wick a couple times then snip off excess. Hope this helps
I am using 30awg I love it, it's a happy medium between the 32awg and 28awg. 4/3 wrap,gives you about 1.2-1.5 ohms
AGA-T2 arrived today and on my first attempt I realized I needed to re-wrap the coils this isn't as easy as you guys made it look. Second attempt multiple hot spots top and bottom coil especially. Now it looks okay not great so I wet it down and took a vape (1.7 Ohms, 50/50 24mg.). Very airy would putting the filler screw back in help tighten it up? My initial impression is that I'm getting a better vape than I have gotten from everything else that I've tried and nice flavor. I have some 500 mesh coming as well as some 30awg.

The proVari isn't vary friendly with the lower than .8 ohms. When you are working out the hot spots and the load is very low close to short you will get E1 error which is short. You need to set voltage down to around 3 volts or little less. The volts set to high sometimes will give you and E2 error. To much current for the load. It is all trial and error. I hope this helps.
The provari and the aga-t2 are not beginner friendly. I've learned the hard way that the spacing of the coils is critical.
Make sure you are torching the coil wire first and when you wrap it make sure it is barely touching the wick if it is tight in a spot is will create a short or a hot spot.

How many wraps in your coil? I'm using #500SS, 30g Kanthal, 5/6 coil, and getting 1.8 ohms on my provari.
