Today I phoned Ahlusion in an effort to get a recommendation for a decent mild tobacco and a light desert juice.
I was immediately told "We are not taking on any new customers until after the new year"
"Have you tried Halo or HHV"
Seriously!!!?????
My head is spinning out of control and all I can think of is who trained this guy on proper customer service etiquette.
Ahlusion lost a potential customer so I decided to place an order with Backwoods Brew who were quite open to the idea of taking my money. As it turns out a fellow ECF member sent me 5 bottles of Ahlusion e liquid and it arrived today!
All I can or will say is I am thrilled that Ahlusion didn't take my money because there e liquid leaves a lot to be desired.
This is about the third company that either closes periodically, or hasn't the ability to understand inventory management.
No excuses. This realy isn't hard at all.
There's a lot of amateurs out there and sadly I am reminded of this all too often.
