So I'm trying to understand the extent of these incoming regulations. I don't see how they can regulate the vaporizer themselves. Or pg/vg. So this means that there will be extreme limitations or bannings on nicotine sells? With what just happened to RTSVAPES. I'm terrified lol. I just picked this hobby up and am loving every bit of it.

As I see it, though you do need to worry about the Feds, you have to worry about State level more... one State is trying to get 95% tax on hardware passed and another 85% I think... plus that one wants to ban net sales.

I think that's pretty much the general idea .. although likely not a ban .. what happened with RTS was unfortunate, but he did get it worked out .. of course, if credit card companies refuse to take accounts for businesses that deal in PV's, nic, etc, that would effectively be a ban ..

Fear tactics to get you to panic and buy more stuff...why else all the huge ads about it on the front page of every vendor website lol. They may do something they may not - most likely they'll just find a way to "regulate" it so the government can take their slice... I wouldn't worry too much

This is very upsetting and confusing as to why they would ban something that is helping so many people...Just in my 28 days of being free of analogs I have went from a PAD to 24>18>12mg liquid...I planned to be down to 6 and less over the next year though I had no plans of stopping vaping even at 0 nic. I enjoy it too much.

Join DWOLLA!!!! Got Vapes takes them, and so does one other vendor I've used, I forget which! Dwolla unfortunately requires you money to ALREADY be in the account before it works, but I just keep $50 in there so I can buy whenever I want to. (It takes 2-3 days for money to get into Dwolla from my bank.)
