I don't need a lot of fog, but if the technology advances enough, a cigarette sized device would be my favorite. Not unless battery and atomizer tech and takes an exponential leap forward. A cigalike that could fog out a room, sign me up.
Their 808 cig-a-likes charger outputs @ 150mAh according to their website. (Don't use the one they make for their spinner batteries. Would be dangerous.)SmokelessImage is great
I have one I got for $10, too. It's propriety connection, but 808 stuff fits it and works, although it doesn't screw on all the way.Mistic bridge, 10$ at Walgreen's, keep one in my vehicles ......decent stealth vape, refillable, use 24mg
I wish there were pyrex options for 808 tanks.I use eSmart clearos, on my V2 KR808 batts.
The Joyetech cigalikes in their starter kits are what I started with 2+ years ago, and they're still available in manual and automatic, and in a variety of mAh, too. The kits come with the shorty atty and the cartridges filled with the foam that you refill. I still use the original batts from my kit every now & then for stealth vaping (with little slim Vision Nano clearos I stashed ahead of time when they were discontinued). I've also bought many more of the shorty attys, and boxes of the 5 refillable cartridges for 25 cents/box. Lots of the "newbie" women still like those to start with.
Even have some more of their starter kits I stashed when they were $24.99 on sale, instead of $39.99 at that time. There are websites that still have some of them, too! Also, just the batteries in a variety of colors, mAh's, and auto or manual can be found as well, by Joyetech and other makers.
They'll always be my "go to" vaping choice for stealth use and when I want to vape with something between my fingers like my old ciggies...for nostalgia's sake![]()
I don't like the heavy draw on the XL, like I said, but their 4 holes thing is helpful, and works well on the regular MarkTen. People have knocked it, calling it a gimmick. I tried the tip from an X3 cartidge on the regular, and a 510 drip tip that I jammed onto the XL for comparison, and the 4 hole thing is a good feature, IMO.I recently was given an offer I could not refuse ($1) to try the Mark Ten XL by a local business owner (Discount coupons). I was impressed by the 4 hole cartridges and being a MB Red smoker for years liked the taste. I was/am still using the Logic's but now like the draw or puff on the M10XL. The carts are refillable and usually last a few refills with no problems. Just make sure to pull the seal out before filling and you are good to go. Just my opinion and I use Buck Naked E-Liquids.
Kimree X3. It's actual cigarette size. I bought some from ecigexpress when they still had them. They were mostly re-branded. epuffer still sells their version, the nano. Finity used to sell them, but they seem to have gone out of business. What is the X3 you are speaking of? Curious Vaper wants to know!![]()
And it's reallly a shame, because so many vendors "fire sale" these kinda things and then you can't find them anymore. At least 80% of everybody I know who vapes does NOT want to carry around a big honkin' mod.
I'd buy a lot of eroll batteries and ego mini batteries, if not for the problem of their limited life when not in use. Are you doing anything to try to prolong the batteries' lives while in storage?Yep! I agree with both statements. The "fire sale" thinking is 1 reason why I've bought & stashed more Joyetech kits, more batteries (manual & auto) in a variety of mAh & colors, 40+ of the little shorty attys LR and reg., many boxes of the foam-filled cartridges, 100+ of the slim Vision Nano Clearomizers, etc. Also have 8-10 of the Evod Double kits, as well as eGo 450, 650, and 1100 mAh batteries & kits, CE5 clearos without wicks & Innokin 16D clearos, coils, etc. The 2nd reason: 90%+ so far of the newbies I've helped to switch (male & female) absolutely do NOT want a mod at the beginning of their vaping experience. I have a variety of different mods as well, but they choose either the slim cigalikes or the eGos and Evods.
I wonder how many "newbies" will continue to try vaping if/when only set-ups like the more popular mods now...are available to them. I hope it doesn't bring down the number of people trying vaping in the longrun. That would truly be a shame.
I have one I got for $10, too. It's propriety connection, but 808 stuff fits it and works, although it doesn't screw on all the way.
The new Mistic battery that's in this kit is improved over the old Mistic battery. Feels and looks nicer, with possibly less tight draw (it could be that my old ones have gotten tighter after having used them a lot).
This kit works well, and would make for a good first kit for a new vaper who doesn't want anything too big.
The first Mistic Bridge I bought, the ends of the wick disintegrated when I touched them to see what the dark stuff on the ends was. When I tried using it I was getting dry hits, so I shoved a little bit of cotton in both ends, and it worked after that, but not very well. The second one I bought works fine.I'm gonna have to grab me one of them there mistic bridge gizmos. Has anyone tried modifying them at all? Rebuildable maybe?
No, wish I did. I've read that getting batteries drained to about 40% charge, and freezing them helps a lot, but also read of cautions about safety issues arising, which made me nervous.Any suggestions Nic, on the eroll battery preservation? I've at least 10 new kits in boxes un opened .....probably turn to dust before I'll use them
