My eRoll is great for stealth Vaping...and also when I need both hands to do something....
Fits right under my face shield when chain sawing logs !
My vMod 2.0 is a small pocketable mod that is inconspicuous, vapes great with a atty and holds 4.5mls of refreshment !
And lastly...my 350mah eGo mini with a dripping atty...Vaping goodness that is less then 4 inches tall= wonderful !
Went the big mod route...
But found them 'too big' and too 'conspicuous' for daily carry...
Use my smaller mods much more now...
and leave the big tubes home !

That is why I am not multi sized, right size for the right job. While I think the 306a is interesting I probably will not get one. I have 2 510 batteries here now and that will probably cover me when I want the smallest of cig.
I will use the 510 with cartomizer once in awhile but it will not get used as much as my slightly larger hands free device.
I did stray a bit but many people started with a cig-a-like and have found like me they got rid of them.
I now think people should keep them even if they get a super monster device as once in awhile they are nice to have around. Even if it is only once a month.

I started with an eRoll, then 2 months later got a 1300mAh spinner, and two weeks after that ended up with a Zen hybrid. I intend to keep all three. Currently use my spinner while I'm at work and the Zen at home. I'm loaning my eRoll kit to a co-worker's husband for a week next week so he can see if he likes vaping, and I'm kind of regretting not being able to have it around, even if I'm not using it as much.

I got rid of my cig-a-likes only because of one reason - they were 808 threaded and incompatible with my egos. I have a couple of ego minis for when I want 'small'.

One of my first ecigs from Pro smoke was pretty freaking tiny. Even smaller in diameter than a real cigarette
The 306 I think it is 8.6mm, that thing you posted is skinny. With 150mAh I am going to guess it is a long very thin stick. I wonder what designation that battery is.

I am probably never going to go below 510 in diameter but seeing how thin some were is kind of fun. Most people go big which I did and have, the other direction can be fun to look at.

ETA: It says 83mm without a cartridge. The site I got the 510 diameter from lists the 510 as 112mm.

I was thrilled finding the two 510's while cleaning house.....that is probably as small as I need to go.
What ever it is that you find don't dump your starter kit batteries be it a KR808, 510, or a Blu. I ended up almost buying another cig-a-like and I a lot of big devices.

Sadly, it appears to be proprietary.
If I had an analog I would measure it. If I remember right a normal analog is like 8.4mm or something like that. Capri's I know were super skinny analogs. If I am correct those you found will be thinner than an analog.
