Anyone else have trouble lately ordering from Wizard Labs?

I've tried three times in the last week and each time I've had issues with their website cart. You can order the items you want in any qty in your cart, but when you get to the confirm order step it puts in whatever random qty it wants with no option for you to change it.

I've spoken to their customer relations, he called me no more than an hour after I shot them a support ticket (good) and he suggested I clear cookies which I did. Tried again last night, same issue, sent them another e-mail and am waiting for response.

I'm about ready to place my order with a new vendor (who?) but their prices at Wizard are pretty good plus I'm in state.

A Noob just asking:confused:

WL site worked for me. Try placing your order with a different computer before condeming them.

Well ... I tried my I-pad with the pita touchpad keyboard and had same issue again with their cart, but thanks for your suggestion.

Then I ordered bottles etc from another vendor with pita I-pad with no problem.

If they don't call back by noon and let me order over phone the old fashion way, I'll begin research on a new vendor.

Never had a problem ordering with them.

WIZ Labs called me around 11:00 apologized and ordered everything on their screen and after I logged out and back in was able to complete the transaction.

I ordered a few things a couple hours later as a test and that order went thru no problem.

Still don't know what it was but I'm gonna check out the whole cookie tracking thing on my end.

I'm quite pleased with they way they handled everything ad thanks for your responses.

My bet is that they did a cart update that screwed the pooch. When the realized there was an issue they likely rolled back the update. It has happened before with the system they use which actually added hidden products to the page once. Apparently they had 4oz flavorings available which are in the cart system but hidden from view. I was told they would be offering the larger flavoring size but that was like six months ago.
