I have no plan to quit gaping. I only gave up the analogs a week ago, and I can't begin to tell you how happy that makes me. I can't imagine giving up the one thing that got me to this point after so many earlier attempts have failed. I started in the middle of the nicotine range -- 12-18mg. I hope to eventually move down to 6 and then 0. From there I'd be happy to vape nic-free for the rest of my days. I'm enjoying my new hobby immensely, and knowing I know longer smell like an ash tray keeps me motivated.

Currently, I want to cut down on nic levels - still at 24 mg. When I do reach low nic levels (6/0 mg), I might consider it. For now, I'm happy that it had been half a month since my last analog and I'm feeling great :D

I was at 24 and now am at 8, well 6 too, but I switch back and forth. Dripping is what made me drop down the nic levels, hits a lot harder I guess. when I drip 18 or 24mg I get headaches and light headed lol

Heck no. I've cut down from 12, currently using 3 and slowly cutting down to 0 and will still be vaping long after. I'm only ordering 0 juices now (while finishing what I have first) and still have mods in the vape mail hahaha

It's interesting seeing how folks are cutting down their nic levels. I honestly had no intent or plan to cut down from my "normal" 24mg, but I've been buying 18mg e-liquids for a little while and putting them into rotation. I find that I still get a lot of satisfaction from the 18mg, and don't feel that I'm vaping more when I cut back.

Wouldnt count on that weedity.. sure you arent addicted to nic but their is the habit to break if you stopped vaping. Certain daily actions have been chained w vaping for enough time it just might be harder to stop than you think.

But itll certainly be easier than quitting nic!

Good luck whatever you choose to do!

Savoir-Faire is everywhere!
I vape only at zero nicotine, so I think I'll just quit when I grow bored of vaping. That is if I grow bored of it....

Glad to know I won't have any difficulties quitting though!
Yeah, I barely have any nic in mine because I dilute it down with PG.

I don't even notice a difference on those odd occasions where I go full strength on the juice.

I think my nic addiction is kicked, now it's just the vaping part.

I know I could quit it with ease. I have quit everything in my life, herbs, alcohol, and nicotine included. I've battled addictions before and always won. So if this started bothering my life or my health I have full confidence I could quit it. Sure, it might be a tad annoying, but nothing like everything else I quit.

I have no plans to quit gaping either. I can't resist a good gape every now & then.
As a matter of fact, I have no plans to quit vaping either, for that matter.:vapor:

I think that for MANY people, quitting nicotine is a lot easier than quitting the ritual.
In fact, I'm sure of it.

EDIT: But I know that there are probably many people who have a lot of trouble with the nicotine itself
EDIT: In other words, your mileage may vary
EDIT: :)

Yup.

Ritual

Habit

Associations

But we each are different. I once kicked ciggs after 10 yeara cold turkey but couldn't or wouldnt do it the 2nd time. Ive quit addictive drugs too but I dont want to try it again...

Just being honest.. but as mentioned .. YMMV
