So, I couldn't wait :). Yes, I'm a bit impatient when it comes to mixing, so...

I didn't have any butter flavoring, but I did have some sweet cream from FlavorWest (bought from MBV) which smells and has the taste of a slightly saltier buttery cream, so that was used as my butter for this specific mix, and it works pretty well.

I went with slightly less Rice Krispy (9-10%) as it's a little stout and seems to overpower pretty much everything else at higher concentration, but with the sweet cream and a little barvarian creme (FW/TFA), it's pretty good out of the bottle and was enough to make its way into a tank.

We'll see how this one steeps as well as I did a 15ml run.

Got my samples today. Ordered Capn Crunch and Rice Krispies. Gonna let em steep a couple days while Im outta town and report back.
I attempted to make rice krispy treats.
12% rice krispies
6% tfa marshmallow
2% capella butter
I'll report back in a few days.

Curious, once you hit 100 ml, will you be test vaping The Abyss :) - Good name for a random mix lol.

That said, I'm having pretty good luck with DDC. What about it are you not liking?

Alright, so after the 3rd day of tasting the Double Dutch, I dumped the bottle in the Abyss (otherwise known as the 100ml bottle of miscellaneous past failures ;) ) I remixed a bottle of 5% Double Dutch and added 1.5% of Capella Sweet Strawberry. Shaking it now, and will try it a little later.

I dunno, there are some pretty rancid flavorings in there, :D I might load a carto when it's full... but I shant be looking forward to it.

As for the DDC, it's too inconsistent. First day, completely fresh, it tasted like burning tootsie rolls... then mellowed a little, then back to burning tootsie rolls. The second day it seemed like the first pull was decent, it still had that tootsie roll flavor-esque, but it was different. It was so close to a tasty candy bar that I didn't feel like giving up on it. Today I try it, and what do ya know, burnt tootsie roll, :)

So I gave up on straight 10%, now I'm obviously still giving it the benefit of the doubt. In fact, I'm going to try the mixture I just made today right now... well, that's much more tolerable, however, the chocolate is barely existing at a 5%:1.5% ratio. I had forgotten just how powerful Capella can be. I will say, though the dominant flavor is strawberry, I'm definitely picking up on the chocolate, and it's not tasting burnt.

Perhaps I'll add an additional drop of chocolate until it becomes the dominant? If this doesn't work out, I'll either shelf the flavoring for another time, or try the chocolate coconut blend.

Edit: Okay, so, I added another 5%, making the total 10% DDC to the 1.5% Strawberry. Now the strawberry is mostly drowned out. Though, I must say, it's not 100% terrible. It's the chocolate on the inhale, and you don't full taste the strawberry, but its presence is very much known on the exhale, as well as the aftertaste. Makes for an interesting vape.

I still find something lacking with this chocolate - I am happy to report that I have not encountered the burning taste yet. You can tell it wants to be great, but falls short on the presentation. What to do, what to do.

I've been mixing DDC at around 7-10% on the new mixes and it's working out pretty well. This consists of blends with Bavarian Creme from TFA and Vanilla Custard from OOO at ~3-5% each. Bavarian Creme really adds depth and the Vanilla Custard adds even more with a hint of vanilla.

I've tried Graham Cracker form FW as well and it seems to do pretty well at 2-4% in addition. It may just be that this specific flavor is more of a mixer, so going too light or heavy can produce varied results. So far, I think I've been lucky as what I have now is a pretty nice vape where the chocolate is dominant, but you can taste the others on the exhale.

The only cream I have is FA Catalan Cream (and either I got a bad batch, or this just tastes like spices...), and the only custard I own is Capella's Vanilla Custard, and it tastes very much like a sugar cookie. Don't get me wrong, it's tasty, but I do not know how well it would mix with this chocolate... then again, it does taste very much like a sugar cookie... perhaps that's what the chocolate is missing?! A sugar taste?

Adding 1.5% of Capella Vanilla Custard... will edit the results in a minute.

Edit: Lol! Silly Capella, too strong for their own good, these flavors are. Now what I have is a very dark sugar cookie with hints of strawberry. Even at 1.5%, the Custard has obliterated the chocolate... that is, if the chocolate is present, it's not presenting itself as chocolate. Perhaps it's adding a layer of depth that I could not fathom unless I omitted the chocolate. Either way, the aftertaste is getting a little raunchy with this blend... might have to dump, and try again.

I've not tried anything from Capella as I've received mixed reviews, which has somewhat prevented me from using them, but if you're saying 1.5% is killing a mix, I may do a side-by-side on them once I square away some other flavors.

I think the DDC is pretty good, though it's really the first chocolate I've tried as I don't much care for chocolate flavors in the first place. I tried this one as that's what Mike sent me and I wanted to be able to do a review on all of the flavors if someone asked. I was surprised a bit as I actually enjoyed it.

Overall, 8-10% seems like the sweet spot to me, but it's not an in your face type of flavor (like, say Gummy Bear - that stuff is POTENT). That being said, you may have to adjust and raise the flavoring to compensate if Capella is doing that much at such low percentages.

Maybe .25-.5% to start.

Just got mine in....only had a chance to smell and actually taste a fraction of the concentrate on my finger:

Cinnamon Roll: smells delicious, authentic and tastes very buttery.

Maple: Smells and tastes very good, but does have a hint of chemical to it which may or may not disappear when diluted.

Creamy Caramel: Another one that smells and tastes great, very creamy.

Will report back after I've mixed them into a vape juice.

I noticed the same chemical/alcohol presence in TFA's Maple, but it seems to fade with aging, so hopefully that's the case with OOO as well :). Definitely let me know more about Creamy Caramel and Cinnamon Roll. I don't have either of those and I'd love to know how they work out.

`ell! Did someone say.. FREE samples?

I zapped over there and ordered a few.. Thank you guys for finding this gem of a site. I've been away for a bit but still mixing for family and friends.. well, lots of friends.. .

fruity COPYRIGHTDMCA? count me in. Wish they were sold in smaller containers, I still have a half dozen large fw bottles barely touched, and it seems like I am mixing ecto and sweedish fish in everything. May mix at a high% but 4oz seems to last FOREVER.

I'm working on perfecting a Rice Krispy Treat blend right now. So far, it tastes great and has a great throat hit @ 18mg. It's one of very few flavors blends I can vape all day and actually keep the throat hit on (there's about 3 right now and they all have OOO flavors in the blend).

I can't say OOO flavoring is the exact reasoning, it may just be a fluke, but they seem to help and don't dilute as much as some flavorings do from the past 5 months of blending (been at it longer than that, just the last 5 months have been "hardcore" mode).

Hoping to pick up some new flavors soon as I really need to get out of the buttery & creamy flavors into some fruits so I can expand my potential ADV's :).

I got my free samples in yesterday! So, of course, I had to try them out immediately!

Apple Jacks:
Mixed at 15%. Tasted just like the cereal. But, it wasn't sweet enough for me.
So, I added 3% EM and it's great now. Sometime this week, I think I'm going to add 2-5% of a cream to give it an ever better bowl-of-cereal taste.

Fruity COPYRIGHTDMCA:
Mixed at 15% as well. Spot on. Just perfect. Think I'm going to add some Koolada and see how that goes.

Either way, One on One will be getting some business from me as soon as I can order flavors in less than 60ml at a time.

I have Apple Jacks on the way, and I honestly can't wait to test it out as I used to pour through boxes of it when I was younger (and I'm in the mood for some right now oddly enough)! I'm going to be doing some testing on their more "basic" flavors in the next few days to week as well to see how well they stack up, so I'll make sure to report back with the details.

For those that may not have head back from them regarding a free sample request, it looks like this thread has generated a little extra business for them and they've been a little busy, so if you've not heard back from them regarding your sample order, he said please be patient. Just forwarding some info over so no-one feels left out. Free is in high demand regardless of company :).

As for the Rice Krispies Treat I was working on, so far it's an ADV and I'm loving it with the Bavarian Creme. I think that and TFA's Marshmallow really blend well together and negates the need for a butter flavoring. That said, I don't have butter on-hand, so I can't do a side by side comparison. Maybe soon though!
