Anyone order from Gearbest?

They suck.

They did a bait and switch on me. Advertising and showing pics of one brand clone, then after many of us ordered, they changed the pix, but didn't change the name of the item, and are shipping out an inferior product.

Ordered and paid May 5th, sent confirmation of shipping May 12th, no tracking available and still nothing in my mailbox.

In what 4-5 years of vaping this was my first and last clone purchase.

I have run into an issue with them. I did a preorder. Everyone elses was shipped out a month ago. So I asked them why I hadn't received confirmation yet of shipment. They tell me I chose the wrong shipping and to modify the shipping. I can't figure out how to modify an order. I told them just change the shipping or refund me. No response.

I feel a dispute coming on. I won't be doing business with them at all anymore.

Gearbest sucks. They ripped me off for $64 on an ipv4. 45 Days ago I did a preorder for a Black IPV4 and they just don't have it to ship. They claim to have silver and demonstrate a total lack of English communication skills. They have this internal ticket system for communication that is beyond absurd and that deletes exchanges so you have to start over again. The responses are unintelligible and just make no sense. After about two weeks of back and forth with them in this system of theirs I just filed a complaint with paypal. I doubt paypal will do anything to them because of the nature of the transaction but perhaps they'll stop letting them use paypal and that will hurt them. That is my hope. bunch of scammers.

I've bought lots of vape gear over a few years and never had a single problem, big vendors, small vendors, foreign vendors, ebay sellers, no real actual problems, until now. Some minor annoyances, but not this.

Avoid GearBest at all costs.

I found out about them because this deal was advertised on Vapor Joe's Blog, otherwise I never would have heard of them.

Again, avoid GearBest.

Really interesting, German customers quite like Gearbest, me too. I think I have ordered 15-20 times there and I cannot complain. Faster than Fasttech, so far always good quality and they even have replaced a defective Smowell DPV50 for which I had opened ticket. No costs for me. Replies to tickets quite fast. Fast refund when they offered something wrong that could not be sold in the end.

What I like better with Gearbest and Focalecig than with Fasttech is that I never had Issues with customs. It's a pita when you have to drive there to get your stuff.
Why is it that US customers have made such bad experiences? Does Gearbest have problems with shipping to US?


And no, they don't pay me, I just wonder!

Figure I should update this by saying the box mod I got from gear best started acting up within a week and died. Idk if it is gearbest or just a cheap mod but either way I'm not ordering again as it would cost about as much to ship back as it cost to buy.

Slow to respond to Tickets and probably will be a challenge to get my money back.

Well Personally, I am a huge Buyer at fasttech, since last 3 years never till now had any issue with any of their products that they did not tend too to my satisfaction, replacement parts and replacing the complete items. Just came to know about Gearbest, and I just has a small tentative order from them. First of all they shipped the goods after 3 weeks, But they did answer to my ticket saying that the goods were out of stock. So will have some fun with them a bit, with small orders one at a time to see how goes. Will update here
