There is a pretty cheap bottom feeder rba out called the A7

Has any REOnaut tried one yet ?? If not I guess i'll be getting one :D

25 bucks at Avid A7 Rebuildable Atomizer - Avid Vaper

20 bucks a couple other vendors but out of stock.

The Avid description does not make it clear its for bottom fed but it is.

Tim, IMO the A7 needs some modding to be any good. Its no ERA or Challis that is for sure.

I will do some modding this weekend and let you know. I have one and do not like the way if vapes out of the box. Some me disagree but for me its not cutting it.

Dose it work on a REO yes, But misses the mark for me by a long shot.

I will explain more latter this weekend when I get back in to the shop.

Thanks, but I am not the end all be all of info. It may be good for some but just not for me the way it is.

I do recommend the Challis but he price tag is steep and there will not be another run for at least a month or so. The ERA is my 2nd pick easier to get but still next to imposable in less your watching every where.

I did hear that there may be another US CO-OP for the ERA and will keep people posted as I get more info.

If It were me and I did not have the ERA or Challis and did not wont to mod something I would holed tight there will be more builders coming out with these types of attys. Just not sure when it will be. If I hear any thing I will let every one know.

Wayne...I trust you where these BR RBA's are concerned...whatever you recommend I will try to get..

uhhh.... you DO recommend the Challices's, don't you?

It feels like China is cloning just about every type of RBA these days. I know i've stated otherwise in a different thread, but I think its just a matter of time before they clone a Chalice and/or ERA.

Then of course we're all still waiting for Rob to come out with his own RBA... Hey, a guy can dream, right?

A hybrid reo would own regular hybrids! Rob needs to do this. All in one bottom feeder that has built in rebuildable? Game changer ladies and gents!
I have given it some thought . The only bad thing about being a successful modder is you can never find time to experiment

ill machine you a prototype :)
or modifiy a super messed up grand u might have layinf from production like a setup piece or something, i mean you have the universal atty covered. now u need to make a "here this entire device minus batts is all me" kind of device.
even something with say, a random threading in it where you can screw off the hybrid atty and screw in 510. possibilities are endless with such a well thought out base you have.
delete this after you read this tho. china might be onto us lol

That was the idea I had make it so you could use any atomizer but you have the choice to buy the extra parts . Each mod could be tapped for the negative post it would be the buyers choice if he or she decided to buy the atomizer on the other hand why not just make my own atomizer so anyone could use it so many choices so little time. It does appear they are copying all the rebuildable atomizers and there doing it quickly

i like the fact that avid sells pre wrapped coils :)

I was gifted one of those Avid pre-wrapped coils and it was pretty disappointing.
I could teach a 5 year old to make a better coil for my vape style compared to those.
I was expecting Cisco "greatness" from them and it vaped more like the Bauway bummer :(

A hybrid bottom feeder would be great. However one drawback of my hybrids is they leak if not kept upright. Now if Rob could come up with a turn dial to close the air hole so the juice would not leak that would be great. I like my hybrids, but for on the trail, and work my REOs and Chalice are my go t mods.
