I am still trying to find the setup that I like the most, so I am all over the place with trying different stuff in terms of delivery systems and juices. I am not sure how much I vape, but I get about 3 days out of the battery. My battery is IMR 18490, 1100mAh. I probably vape less than you do.Ok I use kanger mt3 and vape 5 ml or 6ml a day and use 18650 2000 mah in my provari and get roughly 2 days of vaping so I only switch out my battery's every 2 days is that odd. It's one of the main reasons I love my provari so much.
Ya I got flamed in a bat thread for lying about how long my battery lasts lol.
I've only been using my AGA's for a couple of months...I'm still admittedly a noob with these. I have no other RBA's to judge them against. I've never used a cotton wick, only the pre-rolled stainless steel wicks purchased online. (I did roll one myself, but decided this was the hardest part of rebuildables for me. So when I saw a vendor was selling pre-rolled wicks I got several of them.)
Is it reliable? My experience is: mixed feelings. For a week I thought that this was the ultimate vaping device yet. But then I began experiencing the wander ohms syndrome. Inconsistant vape, sometimes harsh vapor, inconsistant flavor. I'm certain that it has something to do with a short in the coils, but I often can't find one. Sometimes just nudging the wick and coil seems to help. Sometimes doing a dry burn helps.
They are a stay at home device. Mine will leak like a sieve if not kept upright without the juice fill hole in place. For best juice wicking and air flow, it needs to be out.
As long as you have a backup delivery device that is consistant for you (cartotanks being mine), I'd say get an inexpensive Genesis clone like an AGA T2 to play around with. I have found them to be too inconsistant for everyday use, but when I have the time to "fiddle" with them they can give you an extremely nice vape. This is just from my limited experience.
Has anyone here tried Z-Atty-Pro - Rebuildable Tank System V2.1? I costs almost as much as ProVari, but is it worth it?
It is expensive, I agree, but I thought the juice fill hole is a good feature, assuming it does not leak. What is the reason for not liking the fill hole?
Depending upon the craftmanship quality of the drilled hole and how well the screw keeps a tight seal (air and liquid), they can upset the negative pressure required for a cartotank to work. I am also the klutz who manages to lose all things small like a fill hole screw. I managed to lose both fill hole screws in my two AGA tanks.
I'm one week into vaping; and after reading all 27 pages of this thread, I'm awaiting my provari. Here's to hoping it's as good as sliced bread.
Congratulation!I'm one week into vaping; and after reading all 27 pages of this thread, I'm awaiting my provari. Here's to hoping it's as good as sliced bread.
