Currently I have 1 dog, Hermie a Bichon Frise. Yes I know, not the most manly of dogs, but he's the most lovable little guy I've ever known! When I sit in our recliner, he jumps up and climbs behind my head and rests his head on my shoulder. At night, he either curls up on the pillow on top of my head or climbs under the covers and curls up between my wife and I,resting his head on my stomach.

There has never been a time I didn't have at least 1 dog in my life. Heck when I was born my parents had a Dachshund kennel and actively showed them. Since that time I've had 2 Irish setters and a cocker spaniel. When I first met my wife, she already had 2 bichon's. After one had gone, I saw this little guy in the local pet store and fell in love with him.

A house is not a home without a dog.

Neither of us has the time for me to tell you about ALL our pets... or ALL about our pets...

We are down to two dogs, one cat, one gecko - now that we got rid of all the fish, and the other gecko died. If we include my brothers pets (he lives with us), mostly lizards (several species), geckos, sugar gliders, and praying mantises (several species), then I'd probably discover the character limit for posts on this forum. He doesn't keep spiders, snakes, or walking sticks as pets anymore, and he breeds far fewer mantises than he used to.

The crickets, super worms, cockroaches, meal worms, fruit flies, and silk worms don't count - they are food for the reptiles. But there is the cricket that escaped and lives behind the refrigerator and drives us crazy in the evenings.
