Finally, do you have a vid for cleaning it, or a brief explanation as i would hate to damage it as a rookie.
Here's what I do and it works for me:
1. Unscrew the top of the tank.
2. Dump out any remaining juice.
3. Unscrew the base of the tank. All the guts of the tank come out in one piece (attached to the bottom) when you do that.
4. Rinse off all the pieces with warm water.
5. Unscrew the coil/heating element (whatever it's called) from the top of the stem that is attached to the base. This is the piece I'm talking about:

6. Pull the silicon cover (and the washer inside it) off the heating element.
7. Rinse off those pieces with warm water.
8. Dry everything overnight (or quicker with a hair dryer set on the cool setting).
9. [Dry burn if you want to. See videos on youtube for dry burning.]
10. Put the silicon cover (and the washer inside it) back on the heating element. The washer inside the silicon cover has a flat side and a cone shaped side. The cone side faces up. Very important.
11. Screw the base unit back onto the tank.
12. Fill tank with juice.
13. Screw top back on.
14. Allow juice to wick for 10 - 15 minutes.
15. Vape away.
I'm sure there are people who wear tin foil hats and recite chants in unknown languages and will say that is also required for a proper cleaning. There are always those who take things to extremes and make it more difficult and mystical than it should be in reality. The above is what I do. I don't know if it's right or not, but I've been using Vivi Nova's for a few weeks and that cleaning method has worked for me.
You can dry burn them if you feel it's necessary. I've got mixed feelings about it.
