Looks good. I suspect the leaking would stop with a little less wicking.

I've had zero dry hits of the Aromamiser.

I only vape once every hour to two hours, but when I do I hit it about once every 8 seconds for a 3-4 second burst, and repeat constantly for 20 hits.

No dry hits :)
Thanks. :) I thought it looked like sin (first full build ever, and I tend to be a perfectionist / OC about things  ) but it does the trick very nicely. No dry hits from it thus far, and I'm terribly pleased with the Aromamizer. The leaking was very minimal and took three days to manifest so I'm not overly concerned. I'll check the wicking on my next refill as I haven't touched the build since I first did it.

I have to ration my vaping on this thing for the quantity of juice it runs through. If I'm not careful, I pull through half a tank before I knew what hit me because the flavor is soooo good on it compared to my other tanks.

Re Leaking: is it leaking out of the airholes or elsewhere? Laying down or standing up?

Air holes; just enough to get it wet-looking under the vape band. It was in my coat pocket as we traveled yesterday and it spent some time on the diagonal, not quite horizontal. I got a nice little juice ring when I flipped it over to refill and take the pic I posted of the deck to post.

Ok thanks. I have never been able to wick the Aroma for no leaks when horz. I mean, I can by poking the wicktails into the juice holes but it doesn't flow enough juice that way for my vaping style.

How are you cutting and postioning the wicktails on your setup Roxy?

I have 4 different builds running :). Quad verts in one, quad horizontals in another, horizontal Claptons in the third and vertical Claptons in the fourth. The quad builds both have a lot of wick down there. The horizontal Claptons do as well. But, I've had the vertical Claptons out with me as well. I tend to fluff it and then lay it lightly over the whole deck. If the tails are on the longish side you can do that without them plugging the juice holes.

Unkamen... Had a custom order form on his site. I ordered the SS430 28g and filled out the form for the 24 and 26g. Hopefully they get back to me today.
Custom Order Form
I submitted one on the form too. I was going to wait for a response to get the 28 with it. Now I need some high gauge (36-40) for some Clapton love.

Good luck on your Clapton journey, please post some pics when it comes together. I have no patience, so i ordered the SS430 28g and 100' of the 317l gauge which was a steal IMO!
Fused Claptons are my go to build for any device. They're really good in the Aromamizer. I'm getting the SS430 in order to run some TC fused Claptons on my Reuleaux RX200 when it gets here :)

That's why I always say use more wick. It prevents leaking when fluffed correctly. Mine don't leak a drop and don't dry hit. I'm getting an RX200 and some 24awg SS316l via express DHL from China so I should be able to test my wicking method with some thicker gauge wire in power mode before I make the jump to TC.

Ok thanks. So in all the builds above do you keep wicking over the juice holes or away from them?

What power levels are you running? Never leaks laying down? Juice holes covered or open?

I never used the rubber band. Currently I only have a VTC mini and an istick 100w, so I'm running dual claptons, 0.36ohms, at 75w but I can take them to 100w with no dry hits. And I can lay mine down for hours without leaking. I've mentioned in this thread before, I've ridden roller coasters with my Aromamizer without leaks as well. I feel no RTA should leak at all, and from my experience they don't when wicked correctly. That's why I had a love-hate relationship with my Billow v2, that thing was so finicky. I couldn't lay it down for very long before an air bubble would make it's way into the chamber and proceed to push every drop of the 5ml tank through the airflow slots. I finally sold it though. I'm hoping my Bellus will be as leak-free as both my Aromamizers are. *crosses fingers*

Niiiice. The SS version looks pretty nice on the DNA200 too.

Does look very nice. I really like the Crius on that mod with those lines going down the mod, matches very nice also. Oh and the firing button matches the Crius RBA cap also, looks real good.
