Imagine--I have a couple of questions:
#1. Are the current CE3's (the one's we already have in hand), resistant to the cinnamon and cherry liquids, like the branded clearos?
#2. I was running out of clearos, so bought a couple of (what I thought were) the last purple ones. Well my order arrived, sans clearos, with a note that they were out of stock and would be shipped as soon as they arrived. ??! Then I found out that your weren't discontinuing them. So the question is: will the order be filled with the T3's? or wait for the next shipment of clearos (now that SI has decided not to discontinue)? And am I stuck with purple? I didn't want purple, it was just all that was left, and I was running out. (And am now without clearos.) ..tell Awsome that he's not the only one that can whine.

2) they are actually not going to be discontinued so and we should get them in this week...sorry for the issue

Cat, I see you didn't get the answer you were looking for. Since they haven't shipped yet, why not put in a CS ticket and ask for a refund/credit so you can get T3s later, or exchange for the color you do want when the new stock arrives (if you still want a clearo).

I have had at least 5 orders with em and they have taken good care of me Phil. I had some problems with Ce3's and the portable charger ... again they more than made me happy & i knew they really do believe in Custormer Service so i am confident ordering from them and even willing to pay a premium. I am very impatient waiting on the phone, either recalling or being put on hold so i have responded with there CS tickets and all ways got quick responses. Sorry ur experience was different, but i would keep an open mind, because i think think ur situation was kinda an anomaly and unlike lots of company's, they do have Imagine to catch those anomaly's. Anyway i hope ur happy now Phil, they really do want repeat business and do everything possible to keep u happy is my experience.

Well said Chooky! Umm - be sure you check that the Clearo's your lookin' at are 808 threaded! Maybe you already knew that ... I wouldn't have known except for some chit chat about them in general ... I haven't seen them offered in any my surfin' yet.
Do you have another source scoped out ( for dire emergency purposes only)?

If you are looking for the bottom coil, gotvapes carries them in 808, for emergencies only, of course. They are a good company and take good care of their customers, just like SI.

i have only vaped 6 weeks, but 4 me, i like how easy they fill and i find if keep em mostly upright, they never give me a problem. Others have em with different names, so its not a big deal if SI stops carrying em, just i would want to be sure. The only reason i ask, is they are out of stock now and i am waiting to get more. But if they wont be replaced ill go elsewhere. So far they have worked very well for me for home vaping and quick car trips. I guess if ruin a battery with one, i wouldn't like it tho.[/QUOTE]

#1 Yes they are resistant. I have Cinnamon Fireball in one and it works great.

#2 Imagine posted that they are bringing them back, at least for the time being. They are supposed to be in about a week from now.

I just got my order of CE3 Cartomizers and i filled according to instructions, and they dont work. Ivee tried my X21300 and an old 10 min charge Regular battery and i get no vape. It seems that maybe the part where the cartos screw in might be to deep? Doesnt feel like there making contact with the batteries. Also, could it be that i have to use 50/50 juice? I say this because anything with more PG gives my nose real bad burning sores. Please let me know what you think. Thanks.
