lol lodi picked us ... the store asked to carry the VOLT line
How on earth did you guys pick a place in the middle of nowhere like Lodi? Got friends or family there?
Will any of those new stores be in or close to more populated areas (like San Francisco, San Jose, Los Angeles, etc.)?

Did SI pick Lodi, or did Lodi pick SI? Chicken or the egg?
Hmmm, maybe we should all move to Lodi...

Dang, late again...

I am sorry we do not plan on carrying them.

The reasons why are: they do not fit in the PCC's and they really have not blown us away performance wise by showing not much more length of usage from the 78mm. With the new maxx 650mah you get something shorter then the 102mm with double the mah of the 78mm.

Hi Imagine i see you guys have got the new Volt MaXx Battery Passthrough on your site but i was wondering if you plan on getting 102mm xl batteries same diameter as the current volt batts but longer ?

I am sorry there was an issue I am sure CS will take care of you.

My husband and I got our Volt kits almost 2 weeks ago, and overall have been very happy. However, this morning my usb charger broke into 4 pieces! I sent in a CS ticket at smokeless image a little bit ago, but have to say that I'm a bit upset!

Actually, it was less than an hour and I got an email saying that CS was shipping me a new charger! I'm impressed with the speed at which my ticket was responded to! While I'm waiting for it, I'm just going to have to really keep on top of charging our batts.

(4 batts, one charger - oy!)

Imagine - technical question Got started with V2 originally. Was redirected to your site and one other to look into KR808D1compatible equipment like batteries, carts, etc. that were more reasonable. I have since ordered 3 batteries + charger and a few other parts to start with from you and have been looking at your different vaping flavors. Equipment is interchangeable and works great. Actually love the batteries and they are the automatic sealed ones. They are really good and excited to see you have released a Maxx battery in 3 different sizes. The part I cannot get to work with the sealed battery is the DSE901T Tank system. They work with my V2 auto "un"sealed batts perfectly but not with yours. Really like ease of the refill on the tank and the good clean vaping it gives. I would order manual batts to try the tanks on but do not want to spend the money on that if it will not work on either of them. I would appreciate it if you could give me some help on making this work or letting me know if it will never work. Still love what your site has and what you offer and it will not stop me from ordering there. Great products.

Sorry if this has been asked....there is no way that I can read every post in this thread. :p

I have seen and heard things lately stating that it's bad/devastating for your computer to use a passthrough or a USB charger for your batteries.
Is that just for the "big" batteries that get used in mods, or does that include all batteries, including the Volt? Or do you feel it's untrue altogether?

sounds like the tank needs the air flow the unsealed hole at the top provides... so since a manual does not need airflow to activate I would say a manual should work fine :)

That is based off of the info you have given though not a promise. But all our batts have a 30 day money back guarantee...so if it doesn't work you can send it back for a refund. :)

well you should not use it on your PC. Your computers USB is only meant to output 500mah the non maxx regular passthrough needs 1500mah to fire... your PC will most likely let it fire...but it is pulling more power then is meant for that port..... it may work forever with no issue or it might overload it and kill your computer. I would suggest the 1.5a wall adapter/ a ipod adapter or a USB hub rated to out put 1500mah or 1.5A

OK, I understand. Thank you. I have a wall charger, and that is what I have been using since I read about this. I wasn't aware that it wasn't meant to be plugged directly into the computer's USB. I'm sure that's my own fault, for not reading instructions properly. I have a bad habit of doing that. LOL

I appreciate your response. Cheers!
