Have been monitoring the progress with quality control and it has been slow to fix the issue...hope to have good news this week.
Hi Imagine-
Sorry if you've already answered this somewhere, but...do you know when the t3's are coming in? : )
Thanks,

Have you tried raising the battery connector post on your batteries. Especially if you are cleaning them, you may be pushing the posts down. Use a paper clip or thumb tack and use it to gently pry and slight raise the center connector pin on your batteries. You could also try this on the ce3's, but I'm not sure if they move or not.

I have noticed lately the need to give the batt end 'nudge' up before putting it in the pcc to charge. I done the same thing w/ the carto/clearo end w/o anything 'going wrong' if I'm using it on the auto batts. The reasoning - don't want to mess up the protection of the seal on the auto .... Just my :2c: :2c: (added inflation factor ;) )

You won't mess up the "seal" of an auto. There's no seal I know of, they just put slits for air flow in a different spot. Rather than having a hole in the center of the battery connection. There is a rubber ring on both manuals and autos. But that is to prevent the positive and negative from touching and shorting out. Someone correct me if I am wrong.

Hi, I'm having major ce3 issues. After a couple of uses on some of them, either they stop giving a full draw or they give off a burnt taste. I emailed cs but no response. I just ordered two more packs of ce3's and I'm worried that they will be the same. I don't use the nano anymore either. I ordered 2 when they came out. One cracked and the other barely gives a draw.

From monitoring all five of my X2-650s I can see no trickle charge after the charging LED goes out. On 78mm batteries there is a trickle charge of about 10ma on the dozen I have monitored.

Just my opinion, worth what you're paying for it, your results and mileage may vary, no warrantee or guarantee is expressed or implied.

Does a new volt battery need to be charged before the first use?

Generally speaking, Volt batteries, 65mm, 78mm and X2s, come pre-charged and ready to go. I have plugged new ones into a charger and some do take a little charge, half hour or so, but I think that is a result of how long they've been in inventory before getting to me. Short answer is, take it out of the box and vape away!
