Hi Imagine, trying to buy a gift certificate using the MERRYVOLT discount code for someone and it is not working for me. Also can I buy a different amount on the phone? I guess your phones must be swamped with last minute gift orders because I keep dying on hold. Good for you guys though!

As with most places, you probably can't use a discount code to buy a gift certificate.

If you think about it, it makes sense...well, not about the points, but about the other.

It does not say that on the website anywhere that I can find. Also, if I buy a gift certificate with a discount code, all I'm doing is locking in the sale prices today for what I need to buy tomorrow. It makes business sense for a company like SI to allow this. But I could not get through on the phones and could not find the answer so I got one at GotVapes.com instead.

How does it make business sense to do this? To allow people to continue a sale after they have deemed it to be over? Go to any store any place in the USA and they will not allow you to use a coupon or sale to buy a gift certificate. It is because they are in effect giving you money, and since you could use a discount code with the gift certificate you'd be double dipping.

correct you cannot use a discount code to buy a gift certificate as you can use a discount when checking out with a gift code.

I've just bought my Mam a kit but I noticed they only do European plugs.

Well, their chargers are USB. So any typical USB plug, like I'd assume you guys use to charge your mobile phones, would do.

Thanks, she has a computer so she can use the usb charger but for the wall plug she'll need a EU to UK converter. I was wondering if SI have any plans to start doing the UK model plug, the UK plug has three pins for all appliances.

yes I was wondering to about the 3 pin one...si did carry them..for awhile...they went out of stock just before I started vaping...also imagine I put a post on chit chat.....maybe you might be able to help me...im wanting to buy a wooden box for standing my x2s and clearos in....one that will hold 10 of each...alice in vapeland had one forsale...but there out of stock for now...but it wasn't really what I wanted..so if you know of anywhere who might be able to make me one..that would be great...thanks

You can get adapters online pretty cheap. Goggle "uk usb charger".

debra, do you know anyone that works with wood, or has a drill press? If you have the wood, you could probably get them to drill it, if you supplied the bit. Creative people are usually receptive to new ideas; you guys could start a new industry in Oz.

I have enough trouble getting them to use a e cig..catlady...no wood folks in my life... I wish, great idea....thou...ive fallen in love with tenderfoots wood work...I want a cat face one....like the dolphin one he made...have you seen his wood stands....wow!!..ive just checked customs..and as long as theres no borer holes...or signs of pest....ill be right I hope...
