hi imagine....I placed a order yesterday....its still saying pending....whats that about? plus shipping gone up more ...it went To $13 something awhile back....now nearly $16 to send just over a $30 order...I know its not Si"s fault....but geeez these postal buggers are getting greedy....
Given some posts I made a little while ago I wasn't going to say anything, but I placed an order yesterday evening and it's still sitting in processing also.
processing cool as far as im concerned...im use to it...being international buyer....that's how it goes.....fair enough......but im getting pending.....never had that before....maybe cause its gift certifate from my win.....yeah that wil be it....I think

Imagine; how's the move going? As you've said before, the limitations of the current? facility size are causing a bottle-neck for processing/filling orders, and you guys are moving to a new facility. I may have missed the move date--when is that due to be complete?
mid month...we will also be closing for 2 days when we move.
Please warn us which days...some of use have issues with patience...not me of course...well maybe me...

Imagine, my black battery just stopped working. It lights up but produces zero vapor. It's past the warranty so was wondering if there's anything I can do to fix it. I cleaned it already.
there may have been liquid that got inside...you could try letting it sit in the sun or a bag of rice for a few days or ...it could be something got dislodged... sometimes a good wack on the table can get them going again.
