Hi Imagine,

I have a suggestion and vision, disposable volts at 24mg in 5 packs, in a nice little flip top case. Also if you could figure out a way to get those to $2-3 bucks a piece you would be a god and would convert 50% of all vapors. Just a dream. I know its a tall order but I just needed to get it out there.

Hey Imagine! I recently placed an order (last night actually) I messed up and bought the passthrough instead of the X2. I contacted Smokeless Image through a support ticket so hopefully they fix my mistake before it ships. Anyway, my question is instead of buying the Passthrough can't I just use the X2? Isn't the X2 just a detachable passthrough? Also can the passthrough/X2 be used from a USB on a Mac computer?

I never new about the pass through or X2 when I ordered last week. I have been using Smokeless Image fore the past 10 days and I have placed like 6 orders. LOL. I am in love with vaping and finished with analogs. I just had that one question because my boss already approved me for vaping in my office and the X2/Passthrough seems smart considering I can just use an outlet.

Welcome to the wacky world of vaping, ndura1. I started with 78mm autos and still use them daily even though I have a small collection of VV and VV/VW "mods".

To answer your question, the X2 battery will operate as a pass through or stand alone device. If you want to use it as a pass through I'd suggest using a 1.5 amp wall adapter (wall wart). The X2 will function as a pass through while pugged in, but in reality what actually happens is that the vaping power comes off the battery and the charger simply recharges it between each puff or drag. It does take a minimal charge on the battery to get things working.

A true pass through uses the power from the wall wart to provide all the vaping power. In either case the 1.5 amp adapter is kind of needed just so everything can keep up with the demands.

One more comment. While the plugs for the adapter end are USB and can be plugged in to a USB, 2.0 USB, port of a computer, consider that the wall adapter costs about ten bucks if something should go wrong with the pass through or X2 battery while a PC USB port repair might cost a hundred bucks or more. I'm not saying anything will go wrong, I'm just a cautious person.

Personally, I would buy the X2 so it could be used as a standalone as well, kind of like two for one. OK the X2 is a little more expensive than a pass through. The Labor Day sale is still on so if you can find an X2 you like you're good to go. If not Imagine said they will be running a separate X2 sale later this month when the stock of X2s get replenished.

Incidentally, just to clarify, I don't work for SI or get anything from them for free. I just like their products and service.

Ok Imagine. I don't know if anyone has asked this yet but I can't seem to find an answer. I know the kanger t3 with the 510 thread and mt3 are being phased out to the t3s and mt3s. With little heads in the screw post that are able to be changed. Is this going to happen with SI gear or is your guys' vendor going to keep making these ones.

Hey Imagine.

I'm a new convert to the mini clearo from the CE3. Love those things. I've noticed that there have been other similar minis out there that feature a screw-on tip to eliminate leaks. I've not had too many issues with leaking (only a couple times really) but these screw tips seem like the next generation.

Are you guys thinking about adding such a mini to the line-up?

Hey Imagine, or anyone with higher e-cig knowledge than I,

I love smaller e-cigs so I purchased a bunch of Volt 65mm and 1 78mm (manual). I love how the manuals work, but still prefer smaller ones. I know you guys don't offer 65mm manuals, but I found another company that makes 65mm manuals. Now I will always be a Smokless Image vaper regardless, but I purchased a manual one from Bloog, just to rotate and try it out. It's 65mm (manual). I just want to see if it's compatible with SI's cartomizers. I have a link to the product and would love someone to give me an answer on if it's compatible, otherwise I am just going to return it. Not to mention that Bloogs customer service is horrendous. I order it on the 1st with one day shipping and still haven't received it. Anyway any advice would be awesome and here is the link to the 65mm manual batter that I purchased! 65mm Manual Electric Cigarette Battery | Manual Electric Cigarette Battery | 65mm Manual E-Cig Battery | 65mm Manual E-Cigarette Battery

Also what is SI's pg/vg ratio. SO far the two kits I bought for relatives say that the vapor is really harsh and hurts their throats. I know it takes a little time to get used to and that you should hydrate, but is this because of the pg/vg ratio? I heard that higher vg's are less harsh on the throat. And their are a few company's where you can choose your own ratio. Just would like some answers so I can help them out or explain the reason behind it. Thanks again!!!

hi imagine,

my friend bought me an x2, since I have been seeking a decent automatic battery, this one seemed like a good choice to add to my collection. I have a couple dozen clearos, mostly protank, davide, t3, and mt3s/evod for my ego batteries (and a few 510 cartos and tanks)

I got the x2 and it fits nothing else I own. I was under the impression that it had 808 and ego threads on it, but apparently it does not have ego compatibility at all. I tried to use a 808-to-510 adapter with a carto on it, but it will not fire (it does get air draw).

I have an automatic x2 sitting here I cannot use. I do not have any money to throw at buying a whole new pile of tanks to top it with, so I am wondering if you sell or know of any kind of adapter for the auto x2, to make it work with the standard ego or 510 threadings- or is it completely proprietary?

I only use bottom coils for the most part, and in checking your site I see you only make one model of BCCs, and a tiny one at that, with mixed reviews. I'd love to have a decent-sized automatic, and it kills me to see what could be the solution to that sitting here, unusable.

Again. I won't be buying a pile of new tanks for this. I would like to know how to adapt it for use with my current pile of devices.
