Imagine, regarding your Strong Sampler Carto pack , are the Cartos individually sealed ? I like the 3 mint/menthol choices and the coffee but the Grape be subbed for Watermelon??

Hi Imagine!

First, I want to let you know that Bobby has been very helpful on email with getting my initial questions answered so I could place my first order.
Rather than bother Bobby with this question, I thought I would ask it here, so that any other noobie could read the answer and learn from my question and your answer.

I placed my first order (my first vaping kit) on Monday, yes, just on Monday of this week (today is Wednesday). I'm not thinking I should have my stuff yet, I just have questions on what to expect when I check on my order on the website.

My order says "processing" . What are the stages I should see on my order? Should I see a series like - received, processing, shipped? Or, will it stay on "processing" until I receive it?

This question has probably already been asked, but I've been reading (on ECF) until my eyes are about to fall out of my head. I thought it would be easier, and beneficial to noobies to ask this question on a new thread.

I'm still not sure if we are supposed to wait for a Smokeless Image rep to answer these questions but I can share my experiences with you. In my experience there are only only 2 stages, Processing (order has been placed and received) and Complete. Your order will go from Processing to Complete once the order ships. I believe there policy is to ship with 48hrs of order placement but quite often in my experience if I place the order in the morning, it ships that day.

Also, I placed an order late last Friday and it's still showing Processing so it looks like they may be experiencing higher order volume (they just got a whole bunch of batteries in, might be related). Note that I'm in Canada so my order stages and time-lines might be different than yours.

I am not Imagine, but I can offer my experience....

Orders usually ship within 48 hours and if the status doesn't change today, I would call or email CS to make sure everything is okay. Once it ships you will get an email with tracking information.

Everything depends on the shipping method you chose, and when you got the shipping confirmation email. If you chose the cheapest regular mail, then forget about following the tracking info. It might update the same day it actually is delivered. Generally speaking, once you get the shipping confirmation, look for it in your mailbox 2-3 days later, not counting Sunday. I'm Calif and it takes 3 days, if you live closer to SI, you might get it next day or day after.
If you are newer and never got a shipping confirmation email, check your Spam/junk folder.

regarding shipping:

2 stages processing and complete. When an order is complete you will receive and email with a tracking number. Usually if an order is processing for more then 24 hours you may want to contact customer service to make sure there is no issue. The past week we have been down a few of our employees so we got a little behind. We have them back now so things should be right back on track! sorry for any delays. We are looking to hire more people as well to keep up with demand.

regarding the euro converter:

You should just be able to use an average converter... but I would recommend picking up a euro USB wall adapter somewhere to avoid the converter all together.
