I honestly haven't narrowed down which liquids are in them when it happens. I switch a lot but my husband only uses either the Highbrow Exotic or the vape the Rockies Straight up Bourbon or Bourbon Leaf tobacco. I could understand if it happened when I first filled them but it doesn't. That's when they work the best. No worries...I appreciate you trying :D

Hm, bourbon. I haven't tried my mix with bourbon in the clearomizers, yet. It's a small percentage of bourbon, but maybe that's one of the flavors these clearomizers in general do not like.

I've read that you can drip on an 808 using a 901 atty, is this correct? If so, then is it safe to assume you can also use the X2 to drip with as well? Will a 901 atty fit the X2 the same? Still waiting for restock of those X2's to order one and try but may as well get some info while I wait ;P I want to try dripping without having to purchase so many other mods, so if it's possible to try it with this, would be a great way to sample flavors without having to keep waiting on Cartos to arrive lol

Restock faster!:D

When I started off I tried dripping as well. My "poor mans" solution was to take an old carto,
one that the filling looked pretty toasty, and gently remove it.

Tada! :headbang: instant dripper! 2 or 3 drops of juice at a time and worked as well as any atty.

Just make sure your batteries are sealed or you can ruin them.

Lol, funny you should mention that. I just did that about an hour ago. In the Dripping for Noobs guide I found here there was an option to remove the filler material in an old carto and drip with it as you said. So I did, and yes it worked great. Until I used a sample juice I am really not fond of.. Not fond of at all >< I couldn't get that flavor or smell out of the carto so I tossed it for fear of making me sick as it felt like I could be. Then, about 45 min later I went to use that manual battery again and found that it smells like that juice! i can't get it to go away now, I used an alcohol wipe on it which helped a bit yet still lingering.. Meh, do not like this faint odor of the juice so I'm just going to let it sit a bit and try again.

So to anyone else, make sure you might like the juice you're going to use when doing the ghetto drip method lol.

Oh I do smell them first :) This one didn't smell quite as bad pre-vape but I heard a couple people mention they wanted to try it so I got a sample. Was an organic Honeydew flavor. Just wasn't for me.

For a good cleaning or to get rid of <juice stank>? I take a small container and put approximately 1/4 inch worth of alcohol and let it sit for a few minutes.

Wipe off and let air dry, good as new!!

Seems to work pretty well but I don't think I have had any juices quite as funky as yours! LOL

Did it smell like feet?
I got some blueberry cheesecake once that smelled like feet - the corn chips kind of smell. Let it steep for three weeks and ended up not being too bad! :p

Um, I think you'd do better to just bury it. Deep.

Agreed - The dead should be allowed to rest in peace.
