I just recently purchased 2 black 650 mah x2's. On one of them the led on the front, that indicates the battery is charging, will not turn off. Since there is the stealth cap this isn't really a problem and the battery seems to be working fine. This isn't indicating there is a problem with the battery is there?

It could be a problem. Contact customer service, they'll help you.

The 650 is a perfect size, isn't it? I love mine.

I do not believe that SI offers variable % of PG/VG right now. Imagine will be back soon, and she can definitely answer this.
