Sitting down, facing forward.
Generally, the batteries and PCC will be fully charged and ready to go right out of the box. They can be "topped off" with a charge if you prefer, but if you're in a rush, like most of us, to try 'em out they have plenty of charge on them so go right ahead and vappe yourself silly. The time difference drove me nuts too when I was in Guam. I'd call my wife when I got done for the day and wake her up the day before.

**UPDATE** Another CE3 to the top of the coil housing and now I have another sipee straw. I am going to PM Imagine and SI to see if they have any information.

With this last one, I used the syringe to just pull the juice out of the wicks and to the silicone. It isn't leaking at the silicone, it has to be leaking near the bottom where the wicks are and that is getting into the air hole and that is how it is getting into the mouth piece and on the bat. While pulling back on the syringe, it gurgled at the wick.

I have had the CE3 upside down for the past 5-10 minutes and it isnt leaking there but if I flip it over and try to vape it, it will be fine for one pull and then get into the air hole on the second one. (I assume when it hits the wicks) so unless there is just bad suction, it isnt the silicone.

No VV and no removable battery MOD no... but we are working on a beefier X2 prototype :p - no release date...

Has there ever been or will there be consideration for a tube mod style product? I don't mean anything VV, but similar to something like the silver bullet. My reason for asking is that I am looking for something beefier than the X2s, and something I can personalize like with laser etching or custom vinyls which won't go to waste by throwing it away when the battery dies. I could just throw in another battery and my one-of-a-kind personalized pv would live again. Other than juice I have been dedicated to SI exclusively and would like to not shop anywhere else.

considering the 78mm is 320 mah... there really is no need for it....

I've got pretty much the exact opposite question - would you ever consider offering something in the Mini eGo 350 mah size? That little thing looks fantastic. I love my cig-sized batteries when I'm on the go, but a mini eGo size with a clearo or a cone & CE3 combo would be perfectly pocketable.

I am not sure I have not tried that flavor...but have you tried our Smooth Tobacco Sampler?

I too have a question, since I'd like to buy, for the most part, exclusively from Smokeless Image... To save time/money and because I really, really like the service and products. Do you offer a tobacco flavor that is close to the taste of a certain company's (initials T and W) Tobacco flavored e-liquid? I have found a nearly perfect "replica" (rebrand) but it is available only in a foreign city by physically buying it, and it is far overpriced. And alas, I cannot find the brand online. It is called ' Premium Blend II "Camel" '.

PS- Your RY4 is nothing like it. And "T and W" claims that it is not Dekang or Hangsen.

From what you wrote... I am not sure...

A few things... try not to fiddle with them too much

Also do not blow through them...this disrupts the vacuum seal...

Always fill them completely upside down...

other then that there is really no way to trouble shoot the issue.... you can always email CS and they can credit...

It's not that - I am finding the "pilot hole" on the tip side but Harplayr said it doesnt go all the way through. I dont know if that is the case or not but if it does go all the way through, where does it come out so I know where to aim it?

Overall, an air leak may not explain what my issue is. If it leaks due to improper filling, a misplaced syringe hole or whatever than one would logically assume that it would always leak, not just leak when it gets to the top of the coil housing and then not leak when I just add more juice.

Before I contact CS, is this possibly a "bad batch" issue and new ones may work?

I havent really messed with them until they start leaking and the only one I blew through is one I have already set aside and I have filled them upside down and left it upside down until the needle is out. I'd rather have new ones that work than my money back honestly.

this shipment were all produced at the same time... did they leak on your first fill?

no worries... sometimes the answer is just a QC issue...unfortunately we do not usually take on products that we do not produce or have not done a lot of business with the factory...but in this case the demand for the ce3 was so high...

CS will be happy to give you points to replace the faulty ones.

Yes, all of these are first fill issues. When they are refilled though, they do it again at the same spot.

By the way, I am really sorry for being a pest - I feel as though I am being annoying and I dont mean to be.

I have an older PCC: it has 6 slots for cartos and two batt charging/storage slots.
4 LED's in a row (that show the charge level of the PCC) and an LED on either side--associated with each batt charger?
The PCC is fully charged. What are the steps to charge a batt in this PCC?
Please, and thank you?
(I've never used this and we are expecting bad weather that will likely cause a power outage in my little area.)

you simple screw in the batts and hold down the charging button ... once the VOLT batt starts charging the ash tip LED will remain lit while charging... it will charge more slowly if charging 2 batts at once.

You guys will be closed this coming Monday for Labor Day, right?

I'm in this situation where I'm low on supplies, had been waiting for stuff that won't be in stock longer than expected, so thinking I better get at least something to hold me over for a couple weeks. But also torn between ordering now or waiting a few days in case there is a Labor Day sale. What to do, what to do.....
