Hi Imagine, I sent you a PM about my Faces of Volt pic a few days ago...just wanted to know if the pic is okay, and when I will be able to get my points. Just got my Dad into vaping and I'm so excited! He ordered a few things to get himself started, but I'd like to order some more stuff for him for Christmas! With the points I'll be able to order more items for the both of us...I love Smokeless Image and am enjoying my X2 a lot!

I am thinking that I should have ordered a manual X2 though...so paranoid about getting liquid in the battery that I keep checking it every few minutes. I ordered a pack of the CE3's and so far all three of the ones I've used have leaked like crazy. I keep swabing them out but for now I'm not using them at all. Do not want to ruin my battery. Also, sometimes when I draw nothing happens. It doesn't light up or produce any vapor (I can see the light because the end cap is off). I keep thinking that the battery needs charging (although it shouldn't) and then it starts to work again. I am not a "chain vapor" so I do give it time between draws. Do you know why this might be happening? Thanks so much for your time.
:)

the automatic batteries are sealed, so you don't have to worry! personally, i waaay prefer automatic over manual.

Sitting down, facing forward.
Hi Irish. Just a guess about your leaking CE3 problem, but I suspect that the inner seal, the one you puncture with the syringe, probably tore when you first filled them. That is preventing a seal and allowing air to leak into through the top which lets liquid leak out the bottom. The CE3 is a "balance" of pressure trick, or lack of pressure, so if that seal doesn't seal tightly they will leak. I use a regular hyo to break through on the first fill, but a needle of an appropriate size will work as well.

Is there a problem with the ordering system? My sister gets an error when trying to order more stuff. She's emailed and got no response and called and left messages but nobody will call her back. Her charger broke and she's kinda desperate as she's been trying for two days to do this.

Tried calling to place an order myself and have been on hold for about 5 minutes (just went to voicemail). Really odd.

Don't remember the exact message, but it was something I'd gotten once or twice in the past. I just had to wait til it stopped doing that.
She said she emailed yesterday and left messages with her phone number. Honestly, I don't know if it's SI in this case or it's her panicking.
Trying to figure out my options on this one since I have to call her back. I hate days like this. *sigh*.

And I cannot get through on the phone either, which is really weird.

most errors occur due to incorrectly typed credit card info ...or billing info... or there is an issue with a firewall on her computer...she should try shutting that off or try a different browser....orders are going through on our end so...it has to be an an issue on hers unfortunately :(

Quite possible, but she's placed an order before on that computer without issues. I'll have to call her back, calm her down and see if I can't get this fixed.

yeah computers are quriky...it could be needing to shut off certain anti virus stuff ...or clearing cookies or cache etc....it is not on our end unless she is trying to order something out of stock ....then it would not let her check out.
