You know it is interesting but in the FAQ on the SI website it only talks about PG and not VG. I think it even says something about "water and PG". You might want to tweak that, vaping has come a long way since that was written I bet and people are really paying attention to things like the PG/VG percentages.

Are you all running behind on shipping due to the sale? Reason I ask is that my order 1200024760 was placed on 3/13 at 11:52 pm and as of today has still not shipped........usually SI is pretty quick on the orders......wassup? ....and thanks!

I placed 4 orders last Sunday. Got shipping confirm via email on 3 of them, but not the 4th. Only when I checked my account ONLINE at SI did I see the notification as to the 4th order shipped.... and it was being delivered today. I did not ever receive ANY shipping notification on this order. SO... anyone who as not received shipping notifymight check their online account at SI.... just in case. Sometimes the shipping notify simply does not happen via email, but IS on the SI website.
Having said all of that... I ordered 5 kits this past weekend for my 2 nieces, a BF, and my own 2 daughters. I quit smoking thanks to SI, so I ordered these kits for our "kids" to hopefully get them to quit. So far the nieces have received their kits and are both positive and excited. They have both said "we like this"... so I am hopeful they will give up the analogs and move forward. I am proud of them all in that they are wiling to try.

Hmm ... Imagine ... been doing great w/ all my batts ... just got a new blue one 2-3 weeks ago ... tonight the button has stuck "on" a few times (X2 600 ERR 650 MAH ... gosh I can never quite remember which!) Is thst something that's popped up recently? Just wondering if it's me or?

Imagine - thought I should let you know:
A ) after thinkin about it - I really hadn't used the batt - just a couple times to see that it fired (worked) then set it to the side. I knew there was no chance of liquid at my house.

B) after a chat w/ Heather, looking at it, I noticed the switch is not "stable" or "secure"(?) when touched on the top or bottom edge. It stays there. None of my other batts do this. Side to side doesn't do it either.

Oh no! I waited to order the starter kits for my mother in law and now they are sold out. Bummer! I didn't want to take the chance that it wouldn't accept two Gift cert codes and still take the coupon so I hesitated. Boo... Well you guys take visa gift cards right? Maybe next time we can get the payment stuff figured out sooner. I really wish you accepted paypal! Would have saved us from paying more since I am ordering everything ala cart now. Can you make the gift certificates more clear it is hard to understand how and where to enter them.
