No, you've hit the nail right on the head! The book of Revelation says it most clearly;

Therefore rejoice, [ye] heavens, and ye that dwell in them. Woe to the inhabiters of the earth and of the sea! for the devil is come down unto you, having great wrath, because he knoweth that he hath but a short time. - Rev 12:12

So this is the 'queue' for what up - (blaspheming of God) God says;

He opened his mouth to blaspheme God, and to slander his name and his dwelling place and those who live in heaven. - Revelation 13:6

and (trumpet roll needed here) his end shall be this!!!

The great dragon was hurled down--that ancient serpent called the devil, or Satan, who leads the whole world astray. He was hurled to the earth, and his angels with him. - Rev 12:9

Oh! I forgot to state 'why' Satan is so ticked off:

And the devil that deceived them (wonder 'who' them is?) was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet [are], and shall be tormented day and night for ever and ever. Rev: 20:10 (note the scripture number Lisa.... 2010!)

'This' is exactly why he (and his followers) are behaving in particularly bad form... :lol:

Christ is indeed coming soon as one of the many signs is the increase of evil and sin on the Earth.

I think you might be right about that! I really feel it tho, strong, like He's just around the corner. Do you feel it too? I was thinking maybe it's my own imagination or wishful thinking maybe. :):)

lol... nothing wrong with 'wishful' thinking .... ;)

I'm going to quote this post from page two so you guys can, once again, say with a straight face that you have not been presented with, or cannot locate, direct quotes from the bible that make our point.

This is my last post on the topic because you're not interested in having a discussion. You're just wanting to stir stuff up.

Bible is clear on more than one occasion. child of God...child of Satan....either/or..choice is to be made.

No offense meant to anyone, but this is why I don't like this forum being open. Too many posters under the guise of seeking God have posted here just to cause dissension. If a person is sincerely seeking the Lord and has questions, there are options other than a public forum. JMHO.

There will indeed be those times. But...perhaps something can or will be said that could cause a seed to sprout. If there is only one....just one who would accept Christ, then all the wading and turmoil will have been worth it.

I didn't come here to find god or cause dissension. I came here and learned about satan worshipers among us and that anyone who didn't follow Christ was automatically by default a satan worshiper. I'm trying to get more info.

SouthernGent was kind enough to repost some quotes but I have no idea what point he's trying to make from them. It's just a mismatch of quotes that don't really say anything. If I'm missing something from that post, please tell me! I honestly see no connection between 99% of those quotes and the discussion here.

There have been some strong accusations here made in the name of god and the bible. I'm trying to find out where in the bible this stems from but no one can tell me. If asking questions and wanting specific quotes or passages causes dissension amongst you, I can't help that.

If I were going to accuse people of being satan worshipers I'd at least what to know exactly what it's based on and where to pint people for my source. I wouldn't settle for some broad general finding pieced together from unnamed bible passages that no one can pin point or single out yet are said to exist.

People have thought Christ was coming any day very soon for over two thousand years.... We know how long god holds a grudge (that darn Adam!) so I wouldn't hold my breath waiting. I willing to guarantee you it won't happen today, tomorrow or this week. I believe god would give me two weeks advanced notice and it hasn't happened.

LOL.....your spunky, I like that. I have no problem with your questions, I just don't think I have the answers that you'll understand or accept. :) But, you're welcome here, no problem there.

I have not offered any quotes of scripture concerning this matter. I have clearly told you what the Bible says concerning the matter of where this idea comes from. It does not make it correct to call people Satan worshipers but it is what it is. One either follows God or something/someone else. In our belief, one that follows God will be rewarded. One that follows someone/something else will be punished. This means that one is either a child of God or a child of something/someone else. This can certainly be Satan without question. Why? Because that is the only two options the Bible gives. Coming to a Christian forum and looking for justification apart from Jesus Christ is like looking for a wife in a ..... house. It just ain't going to work out.

Doesn't matter where you do it, you can get your priviledges suspended for it. Read the posting rules. Shows your nature though, thanks for that.

Nope.. pretty dern sure I won't get suspended for using terms like "fruitcake".

One never knows though. It's a strange world and a stranger forum!

It is either/or. You are a free moral agent to do as you wish. The nonsense of labeling is just that...nonsense. The Bible (providing one believes it to be the word of God) is clear. There are no three options of which to choose. Biblically to choose option (C) is to actually choose option (B). Again the question arises as to what is worship? Worship is to serve and do another's will. If one is not serving option (A) the rest is irrelevant.

Well that appears to be your problem right there! You don't know the definition of the word "worship". Hence the confusion.

perhaps you can explain it then...we are all ears

The DEFINITION of the word "worship"??? You don't have a dictionary? You honestly aren't familiar with the true definition of the word? Or is this a double-speak attempt to find a graceful exit?

Almost all of us serve and do other people's will all day, every day. But we sure as heck don't "worship" them. How absurd.

Not knowing the common definition of a pivotal word in ones argument really blows a substantial hole in the bulk of the rhetoric.

Hey Jim....where is it that any of us in this thread has said that Athiest = Satan Worshiper? Could you please post it, maybe I have missed something. Thanks :)

Do you believe in God? Do you believe that the Bible is God's Word? Do you believe that Jesus was the messiah? Just curious what you believe. Might help to understand where you're coming from.
