Yes, that does make a difference. I have added 100mg nic to most of the NT lineup at one time or another. With super thorough shaking and additional steep I have not noticed a change of flavor at all. In fact, I have reduced NT juices nic levels by mixing in 1 part 50/50 PG/VG to 2 parts NT juice and with 2 - 4 weeks additional steep I could not tell the difference.

But then again your a Penguin...you eat raw fish all the time!.....LOL

Just funn'in...no insult intended!

Additonal observations on Atlanta

The juice tends to be VERY sensitive to atomizer resistance vs voltage used: This is due to the NET

If I vape it on a Provari with a Erlprinz 1.7 ohm build / organic cotton (I just may say "cotton" in some posts, it's organic cotton) @ 4.5 volts, it tastes burnt, no flavor at all, turn it down to 3.5 volts and it's heaven!

Likewise I can drip it in a 26650 rda @ .1 ohm, 3.7 volts, unregulated and it's divine!
(Best flavor so far is the big dripper)!

Once you get that burnt taste you will either have to replace the wick, and clean the coil, or if in the case of a clearo, you will have to replace it!

In all scenarios, start low on the wattage / voltages and work up, if it starts to taste "off" back it down immediately, don't keep trying to see if it will get better, it won't!

Once you find that sweet spot for Atlanta be happy!

It is different for all builds!

This may be hard for some to see in this photo, but look closely at the coil...

It looks as almost it is carboned up.

This gunk is what NET does on a coil if it is overheated or there is any air space between the wick and coil.

This will cause a horrible burnt taste that will not go away until you remove the cotton, and burn the coil clean and re-wick it.

All in all there is no rhyme or reason when it occurs, but once it does you will have to break it down and fix it!

Well there is...I wouldn't recommend using Atlanta in any build at high voltages or wattages!

Steep Time:
21 days old Born 12/10/2014

Device Type:
Erlprinz RTA, HOH Zen Granite Z2 unregulated 18650 mechanical mod

Build Information/Wicking Material:
Erlprinz RTA 26 ga 6 winds single micro coil .45 ohms wicked with organic cotton

Tasting Notes!

Ok folks sit back....this puppy is almost as good as my 26650 dripper!

The peach is clearly defined, with a subtle sweetness to it.

The vape is almost like a peachy caramel but not, the NET comes though and adds the caramel like tones to the vape that is quite pleasing.
The accent tones from the NET could perhaps be compared to a dark chocolate caramel, but VERY, VERY subtle.

As Zen says in many of his videos "site back, relax and enjoy the vape", I think this is key here!

If you are a chain vaper I am not sure what build or clearo is going to hold up to this juice, as it was not meant to be chain vaped, it is meant to be savored like a fine wine.

If you are looking for a "beer vape" this is not for you as like when a beer that is only good ice cold goes warm, Atlanta is meant to be a relaxing and enjoyable vaping experience, not a "slam it down before it gets warm"....IMHO

This blend is evolving and just getting better with age....:vapor:

My package arrived yesterday, as soon as I've dug out my product tent and don't some images I'll be cracking the seal on my Atlanta and popping some into my Atlantis/magma/lemo to see how she tastes in each, will be trying with a different wick material in each too,

If Atlanta vapes anything like Betelgeuse in the Atlantis, I am not going to be surprised that you cannot put it down!

The Bugjuice is the first juice I put in my Atlantis, and so far it has been awesome!

I have a Kanger sub on its way and that is what I am going to fill up with Atlanta!

Just simply an awesome vape I tell ya's!

So far the best taste from Atlanta I have gotten is in my RDA, very smooth, full bodied and man just not enough words....:thumb:

Since I rebuilt my Erlprinz this morning and have been vaping it on my mech it has been heavenly!

I think a key here is really watching the voltage vs the coil resistance; I will be very anxious to hear how it does in the Atlantis! :vapor:

I also think that the gauge of wire plays a part in it too!

I have found for me that either dual coils or twisted (or both) works best for any tobacco based liquid. I am a flavor chaser, so like you, I tweak a build to bring out the best in a particular juice. There is no such thing as a "one size fits all" in the vaping world. That keeps things interesting :)

I am getting my stillare clone back next week and I am REALLY looking forward to dripping this juice on it. So excited.

Ok well here we go, since my Atlantis tank is still loaded with frenilla I've decided to do a little build on my lemo,

1.4ohm .32mm (sorry I'm British we don't do awg) kanthal wicked with japanese cotton running at 14w on my ipv2

Atlanta steeped for 22days (born 12/10/14) (ps dear America please stop putting your day and month back to front lol) although I'm guessing that being shipped to the uk it has been well shaken!

Ok so I always thought women were complex until I tried to understand and describe Atlanta,
I've tried this on mouth to lung and direct lung hits and both give a different flavour, on mouth to lung hits it gives you a definite hit of peach, not overly strong but it's the first flavour to hit you, it's not like a peach flavouring though, it's more like the taste you would get if you vaped after eating a peach but. A slightly candy taste too but almost straight away there are underlying hints that I just can't place, there is a very nice warm earthy undertone that neither overpowered nor faded along side the other flavours,
On a lung hit its a little different, almost reverse I got more of the earthy tone to start with but with a much sweeter hint, the peach/fruit flavour was more subdued this way, either way it's almost like a very nice aftertaste of peaches and cream with a very very nice white wine,

Anyway I'm gonna be back with a bit more once I've had a bit more time with this flavour,

Oh and on a side note the other half described it so much quicker,
Peachish tootie fruity with a nice mellow but earthy tobacco aftertaste,

Oh I have to add, the better half just grabbed my Atlanta (again) took a couple pulls nodded in appreciation and said "that is how every peach flavour I've tried should have tasted"

Praise does not come any higher than that!

Oh an willie, technically we drive on the right side of the car....

That is rare that Atlanta tasted good to both of you. Tribute to Clark's ability to craft wonderful e-liquid :)

I'm not telling her yet, but I think she is going to be getting most of the bottle, to me it is really nice but it's the sort of flavour I'd have a few pulls on here and there, she loves it so much she even offered to swap for her bottle of frenilla

Cowboy thanks for a great review!

I so liked his comparison of the NET to a earthy tone, which by nature is a very complex flavor accent to describe.

Let me assist in the Metric to Awg here:

.32 mm wire gauge is equivalent to 28 AWG, well except one is naturally .32mm and the other is 28ga. LOL

The question I have is for Clark:

At this point are there any plans for changes on the next batch of Atlanta?

I want to keep the 15 -20ml I have to see the affect steeping has on this liquid as I would think this factor would play a major role in determining if any tweaking would be done.

I do find it very interesting that as taste is so very subjective between pallets, there have not been any who have posted that Atlanta "is just not their thing" or something to that effect...speaks very highly of its development!

For instance I really do not like anything with "Absolutes" in it, yet ACB works, the other Nico blends, with Absolute, not so much for myself, now NET' are totally different as they really are not a flavor, but an actual essence derived from the original product if you will.

Oh and BTW we don't do "day/month/year" sorry we're America here...LOL

One thing I think we mostly can agree on is that the Peach paired with the NET makes for a very unique and tasty vape! :thumb:

I am very curious too. It's an intriguing flavor, but I can't help but think it has room for improvement. I ended up getting more of this than I really needed, so if there was a v2 coming I would probably unload one of my bottles and get one from the next batch. Perhaps more steep is all it needs for me. This has been a really tough one to put my finger on. I like it, but there's something there that's just not 100% for me. I'm probably on the same boat as cowboy and keeping this to a once in a while vape where it currently stands.
