Hello Konstantinos, I didn't knew you had your own topic, so I will post the problems I have with the Diver V2 also here below, maybe you know a solution for this problems, but to be honest, I'am done with the Diver V2 as it seems to be a useless device.

Assuming this is just improper English vocabulary, but the correct term is "unusable", not "useless". I am not criticizing, most native English speakers don't even know the subtle difference. "Useless" is more aggressive, and can come across as a bit insulting.

And, yes, a leaking atty is unusable. I run a v2 Diver in a Phiniac Phinique, works perfectly.

Hello Konstantinos, while you were making your post, at page 68 or something  in this topic, I already was reading about and immediately tried this setup and YES It,s working fine now! :)

I did spoiled a few drips of liquid this way but far not that much like before and is acceptable, after it was still leaking and gurgling... "Oh No not again!", but this was just a few times and all still fine now!

I still do like the "wick out of Diver" method, but unfortunately I think that's not possible bc the Wick needs to pass the cap for filling the tank, anyway it's something I can live with :)

The tank filler I can use now also, which is also not possible with the "wicks out of Diver" method.

After all I'am really happy vaping works fine now and that's all about, but if you do have a solution for the "wick out of Diver" method, please let me know but don't worries if we have to forget this method.

Sorry I was so impatient Konstantinos, you have saved my day and specialy the poster at that page 68!... Thank you all! :)

You can use the "wickout" setup with tanks which allow you to fill them from outside like our Scuba tank for example. The liquid you had in your drip-tips most possible it was from the leakage you had before.

Happy Diving there :)

For the diver V2, what would be the best coil position for a mellow less harsh throat hit?
I currently have mine positioned above the cup, but maybe too much? Also, is there a place where one can purchase larger gauge RNR wire?
The legs on the Stormys premade are perfect, but the resistance portion is too thin to get much surface area wicking.

Okay. I'm kind of frustrated again. I wrapped a great rnr coil with 30 gauge 8 wraps to 32 gauge using crimping beads. The biggest frustration is that after a few different wick set ups I finally got about 3 AMAZING hits and then gurgle and flood. I tried about 5 different amounts of wick and It just floods and gurgles. I've tried pressing on the face of the BB tank, depressing the ball gauge and when filling the tank covering both ends of the diver. After being in the BB for probably about 4 minutes for each trial the back of the tank, brass connection are soaked. This is a new BB rev. 3A. The tank is air tight as I am able to get suction on it.
Any suggestions to avoid this relentless leaking flooding issue?

Could you post a picture of the setup, so we can see the wick and coil sitting in the Diver, with the top tube removed?

I believe your high coil position and long initial hits are overheating your tank. The hot air inside the tank expands and forces juice into the diver through the submerged juice slots of the diver. Try to "unsubmerge" the diver juice slots by holding the Billet Box with the ventilation holes up and set the BB down the same way when you are not using it. Like this:

In this position, the hot air in your tank can escape through the diver slots without pushing juice into the diver and flooding it. I had a flooding/ leaking problem recently when I tried to mount the coil above the ceramic cup. My juice was boiling hot and the overheated air had no place to escape. I've been setting the BB down like this for three full tanks and have not had any gurgling or flooding.

I noticed the diver was getting pretty hot with this coil. I was getting unwanted tastes of hot juice through it as well,so I definitely think heat could be a factor. What are you guys using for coils that isn't getting too hot. I generally like to chain vape when at home. What can I change about my set up that will allow me to do this without getting juice everywhere? Here is another angle

SheerLuckHolmes: pls check if you have a broken oring and also ensure that you close well the feeding hole

Ikbtops: from your photo seems (I am not sure) that the cotton inside your coil is too tight and also need more cotton at the slots so when you put the tube on the base, the slots are fuel of cotton. At last can you pls try a coil 1.8ohm - 4v - AWG 29 - 7-8 wraps
If you have problem again, as I wrote you pls feed the BB tank like we fill a normal tank.
