Go for ceramic or epoxy paint, otherwise whatever finish you get probably wont end up any more durable than anodizing.

If that's the case then I am prepared to take that fate. But I will let them handle the situation in a professional fashion, and expect a notification via email in return regarding mass cancellation of the no log box mod.

This is the best position to take imho. There are so many people that want them, of course they are willing to give you a refund, just to shut you up and stop being spammed full of email. Those that just take the wait and see, and let things happen, become preferred customers.

Of course they are going to tell you they are not shipping, this weakens any law suite against them. But if they do ship, well, you got a 30 watt capable regulated box mod. If they don't ship, well, you get your money back or the option to choose something else.

pre-orders are a risk. Plain and simple, says so right up front in BOLD RED LETTERS that it is. Same way on rba's it says for advanced users only.

all i kno is im trying to get my cancellation right now, can you imagine waiting while they wade through thousands of pre orders refunding each and every one.... unless there's just a single self destruct button

Update on the current status of the presale and expected ship times.

We have begun to get the Anah mods in from the manufacturer. So far we have received a partial shipment of Black and a very small number of Red just today.

Cant agree more. I might instantly rub a lot of the members here the wrong way with the reason for posting that. I personally cant stand the fact that cloners will use the exact same logo as the authentics. I understand and fully back the idea of providing quality products that are identical or at least similar to the original at extremely reduced cost, but when those products include branding that a real company here in the states started it really doesnt sit well with me. It would be like burger king one deciding to sell big macs and burger king calling them king macs. McDonalds would totally be like 'da fuh bro?' And probably sue their into oblivion.

I also just wanted to propose a new theory as to why illvapes is getting illraped (see what I did there?) I havent looked into it too much but I believe they are the only one selling logo clones that had a brick and mortar location which gave hana an opportunity to strike back. I believe this is why other v3ndors havent felt the heat yet since theyre internet based shops.

Morning coffee and a vape.....lively posts overnight... I thought the drama was about over......saw this post and thought "bait and switch" and "store credit" ..... China having trouble with colors (not much R&D on their part) (and Cloupor showed the world there colors in their video...remember)....not smart for illvapes adopting china's "bait and switch" tactic IMO...

Wow! Are you friggin serious. It's cool they said it in there email but to basically beg or to refuse to give a refund fully without someone having to deal with them in that manner to just get a full refund. They don't understand that even with the refund you lost all that time you waited for nothing when you could have put in with vapertek or elev8vape and actually be in a list to get a mod and not this situation imo they put themselves in with there greed and the shady shady .... they have pulled time after time. I seriously am so happy I didn't order through them. Ivilvapes.

Them wanting people to buy other things from the store makes it pretty obvious that this was a MASSIVE order and they already paid Clouper for a ton of mods. Now with everyone wanting cash back and doing charge backs they are going wayyyyy negative in their account balance. Pair that with their newly acquired lawyers fees and they will be shut down fairly soon. I don't think they are going to be able to ship anything out regardless and are just trying to buy some time.

If you can get your cash back I think that is the smartest thing to do. I personally have not ordered any of these at all yet, I was just watching this thread daily to see what my fellow vapers think of this bad boy before I order one. I just hope when everoyne gets them they actually work properly. If they do I will eventually pick one up, but for now I am still waiting. I just did not expect this to turn out as big of a mess as it has, but I cannot hold anything against Hana for doing what they did. I would rather sue and make it a point so others will not do the same as well versus send a letter and hope it gets the point across. With how much cash illvapes has on the line here a cease and desist letter may have been ignored where as this legal action is no joke. Now you have that Wetvapes place putting the real ones up... Man that is either just ballsy or they are totally ignorant to what is going on with illvapes.

Either way I hope no one here gets screwed over, and I cant wait to see what you guys think of them when you get them.

Just emailed illvapes for my refund. If they could guarantee me a mod, black or not, I would stick it out. I think it's pretty crappy that Hana is going after such a small business since they can't go after Cloupor (or at least that's how it seems).

I just can't have $70 hanging out there with the possibility of not receiving a product. Better to get it now than found out my money was totally lost.
AND I'm not interested in anything else in their site, so store credit is out.

Funny that my continuing research is showing that the US companies (mod companies like Hana) are adjusting to the Hana Clone thing that China dropped on us.... more companies filing for Trademarks.....Vendors should be taking notes.....but I doubt China cares....heck they are rumored to be working on a Zen-ZNA clone right now....

But the biggest misttake is not communicating with their customers.

That's not logical thinking man, due to unforseen event. Everyone should be refunded back, not store credits. Would you rather forced your customer to pursues Chargebacks? You will lose over $20 on each Chargebacks account. Just stating the truth.

Hope you guys be victorious in court.

Not to mention the fact that if too many charge backs are issued the credit card industry will pull their right to take credit cards online.

These guys need to hire a consultant to teach them business in 2014

If Hana knows of infringers of their trademark and does nothing to stop it Hana will loose the trademark. At one point aspirin was a trademark of Bayer and they did not defend it so it became the generic name for acetylsalicylic (sp) acid. Coke pays people to go to restaurants & bars, order a Coke and if they are given Pepsi Coke will sue. Ever notice that when you order a Coke the server asks is Pepsi OK?

I love Coke and can certainly tell the difference... Sooo that said, if my server asks me if Pepsi is OK? I ask them if Monopoly Money is OK? My wife hates that, but it gets the point across... If Pepsi was OK I would have ordered it?

Now back to the drama....
