Thanks for the tip! I ordered a couple of the stainless version. Was going to order a couple of other items I really didn't need - a Heatvape Invader for $9.99 and a Tron-T - thinking they would be good for a beach/fishing mod, but the shipping costs added up quick so I chickened out.
Now for the wait. They're really backup tanks, so there's no pressure atm. I was considering ordering a couple off of ebay at something like $22-23 each shipped, but if this works out I'll get close to 2 for one.

Put my SXK Mini V3 back on the shelf- was having flaky resistance issues (running high). Currently have two 4278000 performing very nicely along with my one authentic.
My replacement KFM Plus 1.5 base arrived yesterday from FT. Improperly packed and the base had fallen out of the package somewhere along the journey. They didn't use a Tyvek envelope just a paper bubble one. 
Ticket opened and pictures sent to FT of the empty torn envelope, with the Canada Post Damaged Package sticker in full view. So they don't accuse me of trying to scam them like they did with the Raven's Moon.

Sorry, TD. I too have noticed some degradation where their packing is concerned. They will send me another, so I am just gathering a cart with some forgotten stuff and they can add the replacement to that. Otherwise they'll send it out via 4-6 week Singapore mail.
