I was still fighting a leaking 316 FT kayfun 4 until a friend brought over his EH Pro KF4 that number 9 had loosened up on. I swapped out number 17s still with the old o rings on and that fixed the leak on the 316 and the EH Pro does not leak either. 10 hours later and not a drop has leaked from either one. Every dog has his day...

Thanks to whoever posted this deal. Ordered 1 today. Would've gotten 2 but I don't know too much about the tobeco version.
That would be none other than member in good standing, "ricks".:vapor: I told Vapor Range he was responsible to the recent influx of KFv4 orders! lol

Everything i have read about the best Kayfun V4 models says Tobeco over infinite and EH Pro , i was very surprised. Never heard of a Tobeco being rated the best from so many different sites.

If they were the same price i would try the Infinite but not when it's more $$.

I just got mine today. They came exactly the same as my previous 2 Tobecos. I washed and built one of them and it seems to be even better. The threads are very, very good on this one. I'm vaping it on my new Hana Modz v4 DNA40 and they're both working great.

If anyone's on the fence, go for it. It's less than half the price of any other KF v4 clone.

I have both Tobeco and Infinite and the threading the O rings and finish is noticeably better on the infinite
The tobeco was available every were at first and the Infinite not so much. Cause the Tobeco was a good clone everyone said so all over , so we saw a lot of good posts
If you could compare them side by side like I can here you would see I mean even a blind man could see the difference in the threading :)
the Infinite is 26 and 27 bucks for a SS and Black one respectively . Thats still way cheep compared to 200 for an Authentic :)

Awesome , thanks for the info . Hold on , need to check something out , i think i see part of the postman's miniature jeep under a shady tree , must be taking a break . (Looking through binoculars now , wait a minute , oh, c, mon , can't believe it , it is the postman and he's ripping a package open with my name on it ) i hate when that happens.

I ordered two at 9.95 for parts
But they seem to have better threads and smoother operation than the ones i ordered when they fist came out
Ive been running both with a 28ga .9 coil with Japanese cotton and both operate like a dream
They are well worth the price

now i have 4 Kayfun 4s
I need to talk to my shrink and find out whats wrong with me I just cant resist

Tobeco "fixed" the seizing juice ring, but in so doing on mine they made #7 too thin. I'd rather have it a little too thick if it wasn't going to be just right- that way I could have thinned it myself like I did w/my first one (also a Tobeco). Now to fix it I'll need a new #7 and hope it's either just right or too thick so I can hand fit it, or leave it as-is. It's not like it doesn't work. What has become a problem is mine has started leaking when laid on its side.

I know this is largely a matter of opinion, but I'd just like to ak:

I received a couple of Tobeco Kayfun 4s today. Being my first Kayfun it took some fiddling (and reading a manual online) to understand how everything works but I got the hang of it now. It's a nice looking RTA but I'm afraid to push it too hard because I've seen disclaimers saying not to (1ohm and above, 20w or less)... So, I wanna buy another clone RTA to use the base in my Kayfun. I suppose that I'd like it to be decent enough on it's own but I'm primarily interested in adding airflow and subohming ability to my KF4.

Goblin or Silverplay?

Arrgh........ That would be me. Can't get over all those parts--and the barrel shape.
It comes with a frosted tank that makes it like every other atomizer out there (boring cylindrical shape) ;)

The 2 I got from the Vapor Range batch has much better threading than the first 2 Tobecos I have when they first came out.

I don't have any issues with #7 on any of my Tobecos. I had to shave down both FT and FC versions.

Are you using this on a mech? Why is the 1.0Ω limit a problem?

I can only speak to what I see in front of me, and that's a #7 that's 0.055" thick- and note that this is actually thicker than my first Tobeco (the first one was 0.044", I had to take it down to 0.028"). This tells me most likely the cavity has been machined considerably deeper than my first one. And unless the juice control is fully opened- turned against the stop w/some amount of force- the atty will rock due to the excessive clearance. And it leaks when laid on its side.

Could be the luck of the draw but I'd be interested in hearing if anyone else's has the looseness I'm seeing. The leaking comes as no big surprise.

Just got mine from Vapor Range today. Came in the same box as my other Tobeco and even had the small quality seal.

I did notice that this one is much better than my first Tobeco. Haven't built it yet, but the threading is super smooth and everything fits together really nicely.

Gonna build it now! I don't expect any problems, but if so I have all the o-rings needed to replace them all since I had to buy them for my first Tobeco. Yay O-Ring store...
