So the 12.1mm x 1.6mm was just a tad too big and made the JC very tight. I put it on a sanding wheel on my dremel and ran it on a 300 grit sandpaper to thin it down just a bit (maybe .1mm). Now it's nice and snug but easy to move the JC and still no leaks.

I've been thru about 10 tanks (40ml) of juice and the coil still looks pretty good. Vapes great, no leaks, no gurgles.

Seems like too much work :/ I might just stick to the original specs and dental floss all the way. Meh

I'm not sure why it's wobbling. The deck should be pressing against the holes on the tank... I'm so confused. Hopefully the Tobeco version won't have this problem.
Mine is the Tobeco haha! It only wobbles when the juoice control is closed. I thought I "fixed" it last night but seems like my juice control is stuck open again today..

Welp. Been vaping on the FT Type A since last night. So far so good apart from the slow seep that I'll try to fix with an oring later. The resistance has settled to a steady 0.2 ohm, although I don't mess with the juice control and just keep it wide opened.

Most here seem to be saying the Tobeco is the same as the authentic. Mine isn't.

On my authentic the juice flow holes are parallel and equidistant from the posts.

On my Tobeco they still look to be parallel but are slightly out of true - one hole on each side is right up to the post. It's probably under a millimeter, but is noticeable.

I'd be interested if other Tobeco owners could check the alignment of their juice flow holes so I know if it is a standard Tobeco machining error, or if it's just me.

Mine came yesterday, while I was napping between shifts: my initial observations came from rushing because I wanted to try it t work.

Got home, disassembled and cleaned eveerything, let it dry. Before laying down for another nap, put everything back together and filled: worked great, no problems. Closed the juice control, and put it in my vape stand

Several hours later, woke up: lil bit of seepage through the air holes. As in "I can see a couple drops ready to come out" Still works just fine.

Not sure of manufacture: was an Evilbay purchase. Thinking I'll pick up the EHPro at Sweet Vapes next paycheck (they're local to me, and always give good service)

Darn you USPS, my Kayfun v4 clone from code vape via ebay had an estimated delivery date for today, but the mail came and no dice. Probably come tomorrow.

I'm interested to see how this clone stacks up, code vape claims "better than the tobeco version", but doesn't specify who made it. I had read in this thread code vape sells the a-mod one, but they listed ijoyetech on their ebay page. I've never heard of ijoyetech but they do have a kayfun v4 listed on alibaba so I guess it could be a thing.

Another curious thing about the " a-mod" kayfun v4 is that generally under the a-mod branding wotofo uses no logo, and their own box design, so I am wondering if there even is an a-mod kayfun v4.

It says "AMOD" up toward the top of page on the non-Ebay Codevape page

Infinite, at least the KFL and Magma I have, are top notch. While their KFL+ v2 doesn't have the awesome airflow my EHPro does, its a hell of a lot "tougher" as far as its construction. The EHPro is pretty thin metal, where I'm sure I could hurt someone if I threw the Infinite at em. ;) It knocks my Vamo over its so much heavier.

How is the Kayfun at .2 ohms? Mine is around .8 - 1 ohm and it vapes quite nicely. The only problem I'm having is the airflow is still very restrictive. I think I'm going to take the airflow screw out because it's already out as far as it'll go before the 510 pin hits it.

Oh. It's good but the only reason why I'm building t at 0.2 ohms is because I'm using it with dna40 + Ni200 wires. It's a good vape. I've left out the Afc grub screw completely tho

Ah, gotcha, I didn't see that, had only checked out their mobile site, which doesn't seem to show that.

Either way, I still doubt it will be an a-mod branded product. I checked the a-modvapor.com site, and wotofo on alibaba and no kayfun v4s in sight.

I probably need to do this too. I'm running a twisted 29ga at .9 ohms/15 watts, but I still get better hits on my KFL hah.

Anybody had any thing other than a shipping # from Artemus yet?
Nope, nothing. Received an email with a shipping notification Friday. I checked with postal website and it hasn't even been given to them for shipment. I have sent emails everyday since Saturday to Artemus and have not received any reply. This will be the last time I do business with this seller. Terrible!
