I ordered mine on 1 January. Was sent a shipment notification on 9 January that clearly states an estimated delivery in 1-3 days. I just checked the US Postal website and it still shows in "Pre-Shipment". Grrrrrrrrrrr![]()
I ordered mine on January 3, after contacting them and being assured of shipment as of the 5th. After numerous follow ups, they sent me the "fake" tracking # on Jan. 10. Since they are based in Atlanta area , where I live, I expected to receive the item by yesterday. When it did not arrive, I contacted them asking them to cancel my order if they have not shipped it and cannot ship it by end of day. Here is their lie:
"Joel, all these dropped to post office box over the week end.
What I need to REPAIR?
I have no power over post office employees, some times they scan first class at destination post office.
Please be patient, it's shipped. "
Upon speaking with USPS, who confirmed that the item had not been submitted, I just called PayPal to freeze and dispute payment. I will order from an Ebay vendor for about the same price, adjusted for GA state tax that Artemus charged me. This has been a horrible experience. I certainly will lodge a complaint with the BBB.
