Are we on the same thread? I don't see "many, many" people having issues with the Tobeco. Mine is working perfectly out of the box. No tinkering at all.

I guess someone might not like Tobeco??? I bought 2 of these because of all the good reviews. No tinkering at all and very little cleaning of oil residue.

Seriously??? Geeze

I'll be the first to admit and I have said it from the get-go I am not a big fan of Tobeco. But with all of the good reviews the Kv4 was getting, I was willing to give them a chance. Until more people started getting them and some issues started coming to light. I'm not gonna sit there and make stuff up just because I don't like something. I don't work for the competition. I could give two chits less what anyone else uses. If it works for you and you are happy, then all is good. But I am not gonna live under the delusion that I have not seen my fare share of negative comments and reviews as well as good ones. Or worse make stuff up to keep others from buying it. Don't honestly see the benefit.

Again this is bordering on fanboy talk

I am a newbie who followed this entire thread before choosing the Tobeco. As stated before, I have had no issues breaking it down, assembling it or building on it. Certainly, I initially had to read/watch to understand V4s! The reward has been ongoing blissful Vaping!

Pretty good review. Looks like the Infinite might be the one to beat. I like the way they include the bell cap and an extra spring. Of course Infinite is known for including goodies. Their KFL+ v2 came with the Nano kit for less than the EHPro version cost.
The nano kits neat, I used it like once. But I would've rather they threw in the spare o-ring kit EHPro did instead. ;) The Infinite though, is waaaaaay heavier and feels like a rock compared to their EHPro. Its chipped my tile floor when it dropped before..

Hmm I guess I'll go for a third.. I really want Infinites black one now..

I had an original, I have the Tobeco, it's pretty much perfect. What can I say? Well maybe that I still hate Tobeco but that's for another clone.

I like my tobeco black also. With almost 1/10 of original price, I don't think I have any complaint to work the issues out. In addition, I think I understand more about v4 from modding and fixing the issues. Just my humble opinion.

Also, see people keep saying the spare kit is plus, I would rather never use it at all to prove the quality is good. Luckily, I do have enough spares to fix if I have.

I got the HCigar one. Still in the mail. But it had 2 pluses for me: no logo and 316ss. I know that there are not too many of them out there, however, I have not seen any really negative reviews either. As long as it does not leak and the threads are good, it can't be bad, right?

I just picked one up yesterday. There is a logo on the bottom ring and on the steel tank. It needed a good wash. It went together fine. I only have two tanks through it but I'm pleased so far.

EDIT: I picked it up at a local B&M. I wanted to include a pic I found online so you could see the logos. It also came with replacement screws, o-rings, and the screwdriver.

Because the online site said so. [emoji41] How do you know you have an original if you don't have a second one to compare it to? [emoji28] Then again, maybe you have a second one.

HD

Like I said, as long as it vapes well, does not leak, and you don't have to take a power tool to it make it work, should be good :)

I'm not gonna go back and pull posts and reviews that I am come across over the last week. Honestly I have no reason to make it up. Just because you have a perfect Tobeco does not mean that everybody does. I have seen the negative issues. They are out there. You just aren't really looking because you have a good one. This defending of the Tobeco Kv4 when someone says they have an issue or have seen issues is bordering on fanboy talk. None of them, even the authentic are perfect by a longshot.

I guess I'm a fanboy then. Kind of like you with your EHPro version even though you got an improperly designed top nut and had to wait to get another one from the vendor. But hey, it's cool if it says EHPro on it, right?

That review from Vapnfagn or whatever his name was was silly. I can't believe he stopped using the Tobeco after pinching/ruining his o-ring. His complaint about not having spares with the kit is valid, but for less than the price of that one infinite clone he could have just bought the Tobeco, a 5 pack bell cap set from FT and 50+ o rings in all different sizes... I'm not saying the infinite version is bad, but it's definitely not worth 2x the price of the Tobeco because it comes with some spares and a different bell cap.
