Pleased to say my potentially sad story has a happy ending. Turns out the mail carrier left the package in the big box for oversize mail (this is a bank of mailboxes for the neighborhood), but forgot to put the key to the big box in my mailbox. A call to the post office this morning got it all straightened out, and I'm happily vaping away on my Mini even as we speak (or write ... or read ... whatever). Looks like it's going to be a winner - great flavor on a 24g 3mm compressed SS coil at 450deg., and the draw is perfect for me with the air restrictor in and the airflow closed about halfway. Super east to build, too. I installed the coil while I was on hold with my boss this afternoon - took less than 2 minutes :)
Any leaked after refill and put top cap sir?

No leaking at all, but I've only filled it once. I had to pay closer attention than on some other tanks to make sure the juice flow was closed - I found it hard to see. Also, since I don't use big, juice-sucking builds, I have to put a little more wick in the juice well than most reviewers and such would advise. The only other advice I can offer is to make sure that all the O-rings are installed where they're supposed to be, that you're not overfilling, and that the glass tank is seated properly on the base. Hope you can get it working for you.

How about air pressure when you put the top cap? Is that pushing juice into the deck?

K. I'm going to rewick/rebuild after work today. I'll snap some pics.
What juice are you using ratio wise?
Do you have a pic of your build?
Mtl?
I have a pic but I cant resize the file so cant upload. But I build in 3mm clapton coil with packed cotton and 70 30 vg pg. The leam is not normal, it like pour and when the air pressure is balance it stop.

Not sure how much this will help @rifky, but I just put this in. It's a 3.2mm coil.
Wicked with cotton. Basically the whole tops of the cups are filled with some going down into the cup. I don't juice the ends of the wick at all in any rta, just the coil from post to post. I used this all yesterday and filled about 4 times.

Thats its very help, I try your build and its no leak at all. Alternante of that if I am using 2,5mm coil is I close top cap about a half and flip the tube up side down then screw the top cap until completly closed with that posisition so it only push air to juice channel. Thank you sir for your tips

Surprisingly I have wrong use of this atty. It seem actualy there is no juice control in this atty. And the wick juice hole are not mean to be opened.
Well that explains why I had bubbles come out on my last refill with the juice flow "closed".

This might be the best tank I own so far, I don't have tons like many as I search out single coil decks.

It seems to eliminate most of the issues the larger Merlin had. I still see no way to remove the bottom AFC ring, so there may still be a press fit involved, which means it's not 100% able to be broken down completely, but so far with my prebuilt notch coils, with rayon wicking, I've not seen a drop of leaking or condensation. The top cap has to be aligned properly and pushed down evenly, but that's because of the two orings used there, which is a GOOD thing IMHO.

When I say may be my best RTA so far, this is in comparison to my Merlin full size, original Kayfun 5, 3 K5 clones, Goblin Mini V3's, Aromamizer Supreme Lite. None of these are slouches either in single coil mode.

Hoping a black version appears on a US site, I'll buy more. Personally I like tanks that hold less juice as I like to switch flavors the easy way. If you use TC, get tired of the juice in the tank, dump it, or run it down as far as you can. Vape the empty tank until you get very little flavor and vapor. Rayon wicks are best for this. Fill with new juice and Vape on! There will be a short period where the old flavor transitions to the new. If your coils are not crusty from previous juices and your rayon wick is mostly white, then you have the quickest and easiest way to simply change flavors, without a lot of cleaning, dry burning, rewicking, etc.
