I understand that the yearly option was recently implemented, or changed over to. Does the renewal happen automatically? I have been thinking of enrolling, but I really don't want automatic billings, is that the only possible way?

John - there is no automatic billing anymore. You'll be sent a reminder that your sub is going to expire and at that point it's up to you to renew or not.

I mentioned this to rolygate, but I thought I'd add it here as a reminder.
I want to support ECF but I refuse to use Paypal. Rolygate said there will soon be a credit card payment option. Whenever that's in place, I'm up for it, so I hope it happens soon.
I use a pre-paid c/c for all web transactions. It's easy, costs 6 euro a year, and no one can use it for fraud, since I keep hardly any money in it.

You don't have to use PayPal. If you select the "Order Using PayPal" option, on the next page you will see:
Clicking on the "Continue" link will allow you to pay with your credit card. You don't need a PayPal account.

I was looking at the early posts on this thread and didn't realize how long ago the first posts were made....2008 ...but until I noticed that I was noticing that all "these people" were saying they were "all for becoming supporting members" but none of them were showing up as supporting members. Then I realized how old the posts were and it made SOME sense.
Still...if you are not already a supporting member, if you have the cash and you have benefited from this forum...its time to put some money back into to the heartbeat of vaping (ECF of course ). This forum has saved all frequent users a ton of money and time (and time is money)...so come out and support the forum that has been your life-line...at least at times during your vaping experience!!!

Mac, I agree completely. The way I look at it, this forum saved me $25 on my eGo kit, compared to the local store that opened in my town. That one purchase covered my membership.
