I have SO enjoyed seeing you struggle through all the subtleties of using a REO, and arriving at a happy place. You asked excellent questions and never gave up. I salute you!
I can't resist planting a seed here, though, just something to think about in the future. A LOT of us have switched to unflavored ejuice, and there are 2 really good reasons you might want to try it.
First, it *dramatically* increases the life of your coil/wick. I've gone easily 3 months without a change, and then just because I want to try something different. I "dry burn" maybe once every 3 or 4 weeks, but other than that, it's just squonk, vape, vape, vape, squonk, etc.
Secondly, is the cost. I buy a LITER of 24mg unflavored (I buy from
Myfreedomsmokes) for about $45. You can easily dilute that down with pure VG or PG (around $10 a quart from amazon). I don't have the exact numbers, but I estimate total cost for my vaping is way less than $1.00 a week!
Just as an aside, buying the unflavored in bulk allows you to "stock up". I currently have about 8 liters here, enough to easily last a couple of years for me and my wife both (who, coincidentally, just this week finally decided to give the REO a try, after vaping an ego-t for years, and she's a believer now too

)
Anyway, unflavored is not "no flavor", it actually has a very slight sweet taste to it, and your taste buds don't tire of it easily, like mine always did when I vaped flavored juices.
Something to think about, at least. You can buy 60ml bottles to try it if you ever decide to go down that road.
And I just want to say again what a fine job you did sticking to it, asking the right questions, and putting in the effort to learn it all. NICE WORK!
