Well the 70's and 80's are a blur for me...
Uhh huuh..same here.
my blur started in '67 on a certain street corner near Golden Gate Park in San Francisco....
oddly, it's much less blurry now
Never made it to Haight Ashberry or went to Woodstock. I think that was a bit before my time..lol
I know it was, although I went to The August Jam in '74 and by all accounts was a much better concert than Woodstock.
Maybe because only 250,000 were there..still a sea of people and drugs..lol

Blasphemy I say... That was merely a bunch of posers reaching for a glimpse of what Woodstock was!!! Woodstock was "THE" original love fest and everyone has been trying to recreate it since...and been unsuccessful to boot...
I love that Black Oak Arkansas band! I had the Balls of Fire LP and digitized it about 14 years ago, still sounds good today!
No doubt but I wasn't there to compare. I know Emerson Lake and Palmer put on one hell of a show. As did The ABB and Marshall Tucker. Ozark Mountain was great. Black Oak was too. Foghat and Grinderswitch awesome.

So I have a magma clone by Infinity. Last night I wrapped a coil that came up at 1.2 on it. Put a tail of cotton down into the well. First vape was wow, lots of flavor & vapor. After that I just could not vape it. Too intense. What is actually happening when this occurs, too much heat? Anyway, today I am going to try for a 1.5-1.8 coil on it and try it again. I think it is going to be good, once I get it built right.

Be sure to position your coil directly above the airhole, and not too high away from airhole., just off the deck directly over the hole.
Try only pressing the fire button for part of your draw. Draw in then press and release then stop drawing in,
The idea is to get a bit of fresh air before and after firing, If this fixes it you need more airflow for the coil your using.

Air flow is as important as the coil. You'll find your sweet spot. I usually use the largest hole on a atty. I do lung hits though.
Haha..this thread has wandered all over the place. I just wanted to say hi. I miss all of you guys and the back and forth banter and advice.
I am doing great in my little part of Reoville. I am getting the hang of building a coil, though they are not tight and beautiful yet. I have not broken out the spindle jewelry device yet. I think I will today, and see what I can come up with.
