Beta model Darwin: Battery issue

I have a pre-production model Darwin. It was packed in a box in a moving truck for a couple of days while I was moving. When I unpacked it the case was separated and the batteries were bloated and felt like they were under tremendous pressure. I opened the unit to let them breath and hopefully return to normal size. After a few hours in a cool house they are still bloated. They were not warm to the touch when I pulled the unit out of its packaging.
My question is: are these safe to use? Will they blow up if i put a charger on them?

I really want to get back to using my Darwin, but only if it is safe!!!

I would NOT use them. With any lithium battery, it's a good idea to safely dispose of them if they are disfigured in any way. If you need help removing them from the unit, I'd suggest contacting Brandon at Evolv for instructions
